First of all, hello! this is my first time publishing on this platform and I hope everyone will like this story.


the story is a BL but the romance will probably now begin till the second volume, the love is literally a background character at best during the first volume. True to the title, this is a book about a single dad in a cultivation world.


the story will mainly focus on Shen Mingze's relationship with his ten adoptive kids and his journey in learning about the new world he is in and try to figure out the secrets of the organisations that call themselves the 'four true sects'.


this story is about Shen Mingze trying to save the world while also trying to be a good dad. 


as for the romance part, this is a BL so obviously the main couple are two men, there will be no explicit scenes, so unless someone is.. too repulsed by the thought of two men living together happily and raising a bunch of kids, no one should have any problems reading this.

Qi : Spiritual energy used to level up. there are many ways you can aquire this "Qi" but it follow "the law of conservation of Qi"


Law of conservation of Qi : Qi can never be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed from one from to another.


Dantian : the center of the body where you accumulate Qi, basically the medium of leveling up, in some cultivation novels there are more than one Dantian, this one is one of those.


Enlightenment : Realizing the way how the world functions and not going insane after realizing that. not everyone becomes a saint after realizing the truth of the world, some people become psychopaths


Shizun : imagine if your teacher was 100X cooler and somewhat good looking.


Shibo : someone who can legally bully your shizun


Shishu : Someone your Shizun can legally bully(male versoin)


Shigu : Someone your Shizun can legally bully(female version). Your Shizun can also be legally bullied by your Shigu if she is the senior one.


Shidi : basically a classmate who joined the class after you did, you can legally bully them(male version)

Shixiong : basically a classmate who joined the class before you did, they can legally bully you(male version)


Shijie : basically a classmate who joined the class before you did, they can legally bully you(female version)


Sects : institutes that teach martial arts, they mostly have certain qualities they look for before adopting a disciple.


Clans : usually means a family that practice martial art but they don't need to practice martial arts to be called a clan. basically a very large family.


Spirit weapons : weapons that have spirits 


Spirit beasts : beasts that are cooler than normal animals.


Medicinal pills : medicine that can be both magical and non-magical


Pharmacists : Doctors but cooler and more magical
