Eva was not in her mind after that attack, she looked up at Charles, her eyes filled with anger and sorrow.

"You're a monster," she whispered, her voice laced with pain. "You've ruined everything"

Charles chuckled darkly. "Oh, my dear, this is just the beginning. The Skyers have plans for you, and they won't rest until they break you completely."

All the way down, Simon didn't even say a bad thing, he kept looking at her and what killed her even more was the fact that he didn't seem angry or even pissed that she was next to him, he held onto her arm as he was resting his head now in her lap.
