His boots made light sounds as they hit the paved ground. His coat fluttered, and he held his blade in a reverse grip.

The image of the gigantic creature shone in his gem-like eyes and his speed shot up again. He leaned forwards, boosting his speed to another level and despite minimizing the sound of his footsteps to the limit, the red-eyed Rhino sensed him rather quickly.

Gazing into its large red eyes, Derek felt his thoughts coming to a halt. The sole power of that beast massively oppressed him, and this was already disadvantageous when it came to warping.

The beast let out a mighty sound and stomped the ground. The ground cracked and spread. He had to vanish and appear in a unique spot directly facing the beast.

For its size, it ran super fast. Derek couldn't even react properly when it arrived before him and aimed its horn.
