Derek, what did you just say?" Angel increased her pace but still couldn't keep up with Derek, who seemed to walk at a normal pace. "You heard clearly. We're going back."

Stumped, Angel turned to Li Mei, who was equally puzzled. "Damit. I knew this would happen!" Derek cursed, staring at the message on his smartwatch.

He knew his teacher still worked for the federation and now he had left a few days prior. Derek had lots of unfinished business at the federation and now it was chaotic; it was the best time to fetch those he wanted and deal with his targets.

Nothing will stop him from getting the name of the cyber that caused the death of his family. "What happened?" Li Mei asked and only received a side glance. "My teacher, he's gone."
