　　"I cannot let it happen! Are you out of your mind, son? Why waste her?" I heard mom retaliate.  


　　"Kendra and I, we don't love each other. It only means we are bound to live separately. You of all people know that a loveless marriage won't work. Look at you and dad," Johann went overboard. 


　　Mom's face went blank and she squeezed Johann's cheeks, "Don't bring us in your current issues. You and your wife are a different case and you knew that very well. As long as I live, you will never ever get a divorce!"
