"A temporary happiness with someone I love is far better than a forever with someone else."
Kendra's POV
"Child, look at me, is it already that time?" his sorrowful eyes gave him in.
I knew what he was talking about, but I wanted to stay with him a little bit more. Quickly saying goodbye would be rude, especially, after everything he did for me.
So I offered something I knew he'd like, "I will make your favorite tea, Grandpa."
He smiled widely and held my hand, "You know that I always think your tea is the best right?" he even complimented me.
So I went to the corner of his room and prepared the tea for the two of us.
While I was manually grinding the dry leaves, I continuously talked with him, "Grandpa, why do you like my tea so much? Compared to others, my skill sucks," and laughed.
Grandpa joined me and answered, "I don't know, child, you tell me. Did you put any potion there so you could enchant me?"
