CHAPTER 62.Moving Out

  Annie

I stayed in bed a little longer than usual.

After the party, I must've caught something because I felt like shit the next day. And I didn't even drink!

"Don't go to class if you are sick. Stay home!" Sheila told me.

"No, I need to be in class," I protested.

"Well, suit yourself, but you don't look so good, and I won't be here with you."

That's right, Sheila was going to Spain for her study abroad program. Shoot, I'll be so lonely. "I'll be fine."

But I wasn't fine. I could barely concentrate in class, and I felt dizzy when I finally got out to get to my job. I called James to see if he could drop me off at my apartment. There was no way I could walk back.

"Hey, this is James, sorry I can't take your call right now..."

Ugh! I groaned as I realized my call went straight to his voicemail. I guess I'll be walking.
