A Night of Many Rainbows, Part 3

One of Carmina's followers, an extremely tall man in a circus ringmaster's red suit and top hat held up an umbrella over the master vampire's head with a long-fingered hand that was attached to an inhumanly long arm. Unsurprisingly, his umbrella repelled all the magic that struck the church's bell tower, leaving Carmina and her extremely tall but rotund companion with zero injuries from Titania's seventh-tier spell.

However, Carmina may have been unscathed, but I could swear I saw the master vampire frowning deeply, and that made enduring 'Thor's Hammer' a bearable experience. I had no doubt that the sight of so many party poopers was annoying her, and it was all because of me. He-he-he-he-he.

"Mischief managed," I whispered.

Regarding the rest of Carmina's inner circle, the other elder vampires were now scattered around the street, with each of them protecting the lower-ranked bloodsucker who were part of the same act they were heads of.
