Gamble for two lives

It was only a few moments since people were charging at Theo with their weapons out and killing intent filling their eyes. 

And now, he was simply kneeling on the ground with Tiana pressing herself against his back and an undeniable beauty squatting down right in front of his face with a lovely smile. 

And strangely enough, it was back during the fight that Theo felt safer. 

"What will you get from telling us, that's a good question," the woman said with a cheerful smile. "While I can't give you any details to ensure you won't change your answer," she leaned her head over her shoulder. And intentionally or not… she parted her knees a little, as if in an attempt to distract Theo's thoughts with what was hidden in between. "If you satisfy my curiosity, I might be able to put a stop to all this unnecessary violence."

Theo gulped his saliva down while trying to not fall into the woman's trap and keep his eyes on her face.
