No Escape

Kai's pov:

Michael dropped us off at Alliana's house and waited for us behind the yard. I scanned the surroundings; everything was quiet, no one seemed to be awake, and there were no cars in sight. Denzel and Vex made their way to hide behind some trees in front of the house, while AJ and I moved toward the porch.

I had bought a pin so we wouldn't have to mess with the door. It opened smoothly and silently, without a creak. AJ and I carefully stepped inside, moving cautiously as we couldn't see much. I grabbed my flashlight and handed it to AJ to hold. We scanned the room, searching for the staircase. It took a moment to navigate through Alliana's living room.

AJ was about to move when he tripped on something, making a faint sound. I quickly turned to him, flashing the light. "What are you doing?" I hissed. "I didn't do anything; I fucking tripped," AJ muttered, brushing himself off. I glanced back at the stairs. "Grab the cloth and chloroform," I said, pulling out the knife I'd brought just in case.

AJ followed me upstairs, and we moved from room to room until we found one that was completely open. I motioned for AJ to go in first, and I followed close behind. I flashed the light around the room and saw Alliana sleeping on the bed, positioned in the center with her leg bent, her hair covering her eyes. Not wanting AJ to look, I had him prepare the chloroform in the cloth. "Ready?" I whispered.

AJ nodded, about to move in on Alliana when she suddenly jerked awake and screamed. "Who the fuck are you?!" she shouted, tossing pillows at us. "Damn!" I cursed, realizing our plan had just failed. "Listen, do what we say for your own good, or we'll kill you right here," I snarled. She kicked me hard in the wrist before I could even grab her.

"Alright, little girl, I tried to be nice," I growled, slamming her back onto the bed by the throat. "Now," I said, looking at AJ. He grabbed the cloth and pressed it over Alliana's face. She thrashed and struggled to get away, but there was no escaping it. Eventually, she went limp and passed out a few minutes later.

AJ dropped the cloth back into his pocket, and I quickly scooped Alliana up, slinging her over my back. AJ followed behind me as we left the house. I shut the door quietly, then tapped the bushes to signal to Vex and Denzel that we were done. "Let's go," I muttered. We rushed to the back, careful not to bump Alliana's head on anything. "You're going to have to hold her," I told AJ.

We made our way to the Uber. Vex, Denzel, and AJ went first, and I followed, sliding Alliana into their arms so they could hold her steady. I climbed into the passenger seat and pulled up the coordinates for my jet. Michael didn't ask any questions; he just followed the GPS directions. My mind was racing so much that my hands started shaking, as though someone had seen what AJ and I had done.

We'd just committed a serious crime. I rubbed my temples, trying to calm myself, but my feet wouldn't stop tapping. When we were about three minutes from the location, I told Michael to stop the car. "Alright, now where's my money?" he asked, turning to face me. I pulled out my wallet and handed him the cash. "Don't tell anyone what we did." As I walked out, I heard him mutter, "Yes, sir," chuckling as he counted the money I'd given him.

I opened the door to let Vex out so he could help me with Alliana's body. Once we were outside, I told Vex to carry her while AJ and Denzel led the way to the jet. My pilot had parked it in what looked like an abandoned area, completely isolated. When AJ placed his fingerprint on the scanner, the door slid open. We all hurried inside and boarded.

I helped Alliana to one of the seats and bound her with ropes, making sure to tape her mouth shut so she couldn't scream or yell if she woke up. "Well, we did it," Vex said, setting down the equipment. "I can't believe we took the risk just because Carlos said so," I groaned, rubbing my face.

"How do you think she'll react when she sees us?" Denzel asked. "She already knows who we are, at least from my voice," I said. "We'll just have to see what happens." "We'll see," AJ said, sinking into a chair. "Pilot, please take us home; I don't want to stay here," I said. "Yes, sir," the pilot said. We all settled in, keeping a close eye on Alliana in case she woke up. My mind kept racing, as though something was off, like someone was watching us and we didn't even know it.

Alliana's pov:

"Who the hell are you?"

"Alright, little girl, I tried playing nice."

"Now! Do it now!"

My mind was a whirlwind of memories, the shock hitting me like a freight train. My head throbbed with a splitting headache. I felt like I was about to throw up at any moment. Slowly, my eyes opened, revealing a strange room I didn't recognize. I tried to move but I couldn't. Panic set in as I struggled against the restraints, but it was useless.

"It's pointless; just give up," a voice said.

I turned my head, locking eyes with a man I'd never seen before. "You don't know me, but I know you," he said, his voice cold. He stood up and approached, leaning in slowly, his presence closing in on me. I kicked and struggled with everything I had, but he easily restrained me, his grip firm and unyielding.

"Stop moving if you don't want me to cut your legs off with a fucking chainsaw," he growled. One thing I always told myself in dangerous situations was to obey, at least to avoid getting killed. I sighed and stopped, making him finally remove his hand. "Now I'm going to find someone you might know. He'll tell you what's going on," the man said, his voice dripping with cold assurance.

He left the room, closing the door behind him, leaving me alone. My brow furrowed at the mention of someone I might know. Who the hell would go to such extreme lengths to kidnap me for no reason? Nobody. And if I did know them, they were out of their damn minds and owed me an explanation. After a few moments, the door opened again. And when I say I was livid, I mean beyond furious, the kind of livid that could explode into something much worse.
