Excerpt: 

“ENOUGH!” I roar in my Alpha tone. “You will not put your hands on me! YOU….you will be the one to submit!” All of the waiters in the room dropped to their knees and bare their necks. I know I am a strong Alpha and try not to use my tone unless absolutely necessary. Even some of the Alphas watching have trouble remaining in their seats since I am easily stronger than many.

Mates: The Beginning

Autumn meets me at the back door with a change of clothes while the warrior continues upstairs with Jayden. “What happened to Jayden?” 


“I’m not sure. I came across him out past the garden. He was laid out on a picnic blanket with a woman hovering over him. At first I thought they were being intimate, but I heard him continually call my name. I don’t know what is going on. It’s like he is awake, but not aware of his surroundings.” I tell her while dressing in the clothes she provided. 


“The pack doctor should be with him now. I hope he will be okay. Who was the woman?” 


“I have no idea, but…..” I think back to the scene from earlier, trying to recall some detail that will help identify the woman.
