“ENOUGH!” I roar in my Alpha tone. “You will not put your hands on me! YOU….you will be the one to submit!” All of the waiters in the room dropped to their knees and bare their necks. I know I am a strong Alpha and try not to use my tone unless absolutely necessary. Even some of the Alphas watching have trouble remaining in their seats since I am easily stronger than many.

Mates: The Beginning

I finally make it back but do not go to the packhouse automatically. I need to meet with Dominic before seeing Malachi. He has been calling and texting my whole trip back, and I’ve been trying to avoid him. I finally texted him and told him I was on my way back, and his last text said to meet him at ‘the spot’ or else. 


‘The spot’ is a cabin right on the edge of the human territory before ours starts. It’s a place that is not guarded by us and is off in the thick of the forest, away from prying eyes. Malachi doesn’t know that I’m aware he visits this cabin often with whatever whore of the month he is entertaining. Once I’m marked, all of these extra activities will be finished; I will make sure of it.
