CHAPTER 56- ALL THE RUMOURS ARE TRUE.

Balthazar had journeyed six hours nonstop towards the place where the enemy army was rumoured to rest. His horse had given up to exhaustion half way to his destination, so he'd decided to leave it behind and continue the rest of the journey on foot. After securely tying it to a small oak, he started off.

Crouching low beneath the long grasses growing abundantly all around, Balthazar approached a spot where a valley stretched out between two mountains. The sight that welcomed his very eyes made him to go numb with dread. He'd set out from Doria half expecting to find out that the rumours were just pointless whispers But now, he needed no assurance that the rumours were true.
