Chapter 101- Friendly spar~End

The Guild master of the biggest guild in Japan—Goto Ryuuji, was the person who was aiming to become the next national-ranked hunter.

His name was widely spread across Asia and his overwhelming strength granted him the title of the strongest hunter of his nation.

Within the boundaries of Japan, no one has the guts to go against Goto or look down on him. And here, this brat who had once betrayed his country was now mocking the other hunters in Goto's presence?

Indeed a sin worth punishment.

"Goto-san!" It was too late for Reiji to shout out his guild master's name since Goto had already jumped into the arena—breaking the barrier like a mere foam wall as he approached Haru with a terrifying aura.

His left hand was stretched out and his finger strengthened with mana. His infamous attack, 'Claw Spear' was ready to be deployed just near his opponent's shoulder.

However, as Goto reached his destination, his hand came to a sudden halt—more like, his movement slowed down significantly, almost to the point of coming to a complete stop.

With his eyes slightly widened, Goto lifted his head only to be met by a toothy grin on the boy.

"What happened, Guild leader~Unsure?" Goto gritted his teeth, retracting his hand before pivoting his hip to unleash an elbow strike aimed at Haru's face.

However, just like the previous time, his elbow never reached the destination and slowed down to an invisible pace.

'Is it a barrier..?' Goto was unsure which urged him to distance himself from Haru.

"It seems you are not just a big mouth, eh?" Goto commented as he consciously inspected his arm, and found there was nothing wrong with it.

The reaction from the others greatly varied. Once the brightened face of Japanese hunters, who were extremely annoyed with Haru, was now looking at the scene with a dark expression. And at the same, Korean hunters wore a comfortable look on their faces upon seeing the common occurrence of Hunter Nanase, toying with his opponent.

Reiji had a look of relief on his visage as he continued watching the spar like others.

"Since you are so confident in your speed, then let me lower my guard for you." Haru wasn't bluffing when he said that since he indeed had removed the neutral infinity from around him.

Goto's anger elevated upon hearing Haru's mockery. It evidently seemed Haru was taking Goto as merely a low-rank fodder.

The surge of exasperation flared across the hall as Goto's terrifying aura turned various faces; pale. The presence of an S-rank could be vividly felt not only on the floor but across the whole building—that much mana was leaking out of Goto at the moment.

"You will regret taking me lightly." As those words left Goto's throat, his figure disappeared from the previous spot, and the next moment, he appeared right before Haru.

Haru's eyes narrowed before he crouched slightly to dodge the punch, and simultaneously, he pressed just his mana-coated fingers against Goto's chest.

"Pathetic." Only a single word rang in Goto's ears before his vision blurred his body flew across the hall.

**BOOOOOMM**

The seven-inch thick wall was broken and Goto was shot out of the building into a fairly distant location with just a single push.

"Goto-san!" It was Kenzo who reacted first and rushed toward Goto before he could hit the surface. Kanae and Kei also rushed behind him to save their guild leader.

"Haah....it really was this easy eh..."Haru knew that Goto was weak, since he got nearly one shot by the primary version of Beru. However, confronting him one-on-one, Haru gained the impression that he was far weaker than his expectations.

"Haru! Are you alright?" Reiji appeared beside his son with his eyes glowing with a yellowish shade—signifying, how the man was prepared to jump into the arena if things turned nasty.

"I am fine, but shouldn't you look out for Goto?" Haru was not mocking his father, rather, he seemed genuinely surprised to see Raeji here and not checking on his guild leader.

"Forget about him...in the first place, I am thinking of resigning." There was no sense of hesitation when he voiced that. Since the Jeju Island incident, Reiji has been thinking about leaving his job as the vice-master of the Drawn Sword Guild.

"Then what about you start your own guild in Korea, Dad? I will join for sure." Hearing Haru's suggestion, Reiji jerked his head slightly, in surprise.

However, before he could have responded, it was Baek who called out, "Hunter Haru. You didn't hurt Mr. Goto too much right?"

Baek seemed genuinely concerned about the S-ranked hunters, considering the raid tomorrow they need to handle.

However, Haru shook his head and quelled everyone's concern, "Nah...at worst his ribs might have been crushed and maybe some internal bleeding. I am sure he will get patched up before tomorrow."

Haru's nonchalant attitude was the scariest part of his personality. He brutally demolished two S-ranked hunters within three minutes and Haru seemed totally uncaring about such a feat—like it was his daily routine to eat a S-rank for lunch.

"Hunter Nanase, I never thought you were a fighter type. I had a feeling that you are multi-talented, but seeing it from close once again proved that binding you under a certain scale is futile."

Min Byung-Gyu seemed to be admiring Haru, however, he was a little worried as well.

A person with such tremendous power that he could single-handedly overwhelm an S-rank hunter and also, whose aura was enough to make people tremble in fear—indeed, measuring Hunter Nanase Haruka under a normal scale was futile.

"It's nothing too grandiose." Haru shrugged the compliment before he suggested the other hunters return to the hotel room they were staying.

For tomorrow's raid, it was necessary for them to rest well and prepare for the worst.

Although, Haru knew what would happen tomorrow, he couldn't just sit back and relax. After all, there were things that had changed because of his mere presence so anticipating an event based on his previous life knowledge seemed foolishness.

Far away from the human realm, situated at the heart of Choas realm was where some certain individuals could be seen currently involved in a heated conversation.

The topic of their discussion remained the dungeon break that would be occurring shortly and the subject that would get involved in the incident.

"Shouldn't we just free the Monarch off his bind and let him deal with the Infinity? After all, our primary target would always remain that entity."

One of them being in the Grand hall suggested, only for the other one to retaliate,

"That's foolish; the other Ruler might intervene. And in the first place, it's not like Infinity would allow us to interfere with the Human realm that easily."

Someone added, "There is a chance for the being, responsible for the existence of Inifinty, might intervene as well."

Hearing those words, the hall went extremely silent. The mere thought of the superior existence who bestowed the world with the presence of Infinity came up, everyone went silent.

Finally, it was the one with the most peculiar look in the group who suggested, "Until the Monarch of Destruction doesn't descend on the human realm, we need to be patient. Any prior interference would only prove to be counterproductive."

Although it seemed they were entirely dependent on the Dragon Monarch, no one voiced their rebellion.

However,

"Well, we may not be able to free Legia, but we can take advantage of the battle and cause mayhem in the human realm for sure~"
