Chapter 125- Fifth Floor: Unrestrained

Bending reality. Evading every phenomenon. Receiving minimal damage. Immune to any Cursed Technique. Unnatural and inhumane recovery.

These were the supernatural abilities that Gojo Satoru evaluated from what he had seen from Haruka Nanase.

It had been more than ten minutes into the battle and he was already nearing the end of the rope. And the only solution he deemed worth trying was his domain.

"Kuku..." The sinister laugh of the demon resonated from across the street as Gojo jumped on his feet and exhaled a heavy breath.

The buildings around him were in rubbles and clouds of dust partially blocking a normal person's vision. However, both, Gojo Satoru and his opponent possess Six Eyes—allowing them to see through any obstacle and keep their gaze fixated on their goal.

Gojo Satoru was far from being exhausted. He had to continuously use his Reversed Cursed Technique, to not get himself killed by the barrage of Reversal: Red which Haru threw at him. However, more than that, Haru majorly has been just what one could say...' playing around'.

'This doesn't look good. I need to find a mid path...' The mid path here defines the route that Gojo could take to apprehend Haru. Using something greater than his usual technique and lesser than Unlimited Void—Gojo was thinking of that middle route.

"Here it comes!" Gojo swiftly leaped from his position, leaving a trailing gust in his wake, just as an inhumane entity descended upon the spot, causing the concrete to crack beneath its weight.

The aura emanating from Haru was unsettling and foreboding, causing decay in his surroundings and inducing a sense of unease in the space around him.

Haru raised his left hand and the space between him and Gojo was reduced to none.

Gojo gritted his teeth, witnessing the unparalleled usage of Infinity and Lapse Blue at such a tremendous pace before he crouched and dodged the incoming punch.

'Now he is onto combat battle eh....' Gojo had a fairer chance at victory if only Haru limited himself to physical battle.

Employing a swift maneuver, Gojo pivoted on his palm and delivered a precise kick to Haru's ankle, generating raven-like flashes upon impact. Despite Haru's formidable abilities, his human physiology was evident as his leg contorted unnaturally upon being struck by the Black Flash.

Gojo used the opportunity before pointing his finger toward Haru's head and releasing the Red.

**BOOOOOOOM**

Despite the reduction of the Reversal: Red's output to thirty percent, the resulting explosion was still potent enough to propel Haru away from the building, causing him to collide forcefully with a three-story house across the lane.

"Fuooooh...." Gojo jumped to his feet before inhaling deeply. He knew this wasn't enough to take down Haru as such he pointed his index finger in the direction where Haru landed...

....however, before he could have launched Hollow: Purple, a figure just went past Gojo.

**SLASH**

"...huh?" Despite the flawless functionality of his Six Eyes, Gojo was unable to perceive Haru's movement just moments ago. The myriad cuts covering his body and the significant portion of his stomach carved out provided clear evidence that Haru had indeed launched an attack at a speed surpassing Gojo's visual perception.

"KHUK!" As blood cascaded from every inch of his body, Gojo collapsed to the ground, casting a gaze at the individual he once mentored.

Haru stood there, with his horns glowing brightly and the innards of Gojo Satoru in his hold. His presence exuded an ominous air, instilling a primal urge to flee in anyone who dared to gaze upon him.

However, at the time of crisis, the Honoured One smiled before he pointed his finger at Haru and muttered under his breath,

"....llow: Purple!"

Something that cannot be perceived, cannot be dodged. And as Gojo anticipated, Haru's figure just vanished upon the collision of Purple.

"Gojo-sensei!" Just as Haru disappeared from the roof, Yuta arrived beside him.

"Yuuta-kun....you shouldn't ha-"

"I know, I shouldn't have intervened but you look pretty mashed up."

Allowing his Reversed Cursed Technique to heal Gojo, Yuta continue, "...and the main reason why I came here is to inform you..."

Gojo frowned but didn't speak.

Once Yuta was done healing his sensei, he added,

"Although he was once your student, that person is no longer a human. So please, don't restrict yourself and let yourself to get harmed...or the others might step in."

The troubled look Yuta wore, explicitly told how complicated the situation must have turned in the surveillance room.

Since Gojo has been holding his greatest ace against Haru, it must be perceived by his students that Gojo was holding back...

...and truth be told, that exactly was the case.

And that's why, even though Yuta knew that Gojo could heal such trivial injuries, he came to his sensei and reminded him what was necessary.

Gojo smirked at that before he straightened his back and told Yuta, "Don't worry....this won't take long now."

Yuta was able to somehow relax hearing those words before his gaze traveled toward the figure of an inhumane, staring at the two silently.

"Sensei if you want-"

"No. Go back." Gojo got up on his feet before commanding Yuta.

Yuta, although a little hesitant, backed off and soon disappeared from the building roof.

Once again, Haru and Gojo were standing face to face.

The grin Haru wore across his devilish maw, represented his happiness and excitement for the further battler.

Haru never was a battle junkie—Gojo muttered inwardly. From what he remembered, Haru was seeking a stable life and for that, he needed these powers. However, the being Gojo was facing at the moment, desire nothing but chaos.

As such, this creature was no longer his student—Gojo summarised.

"I will ask you the last time, brat. Come out now or this won't end with just a little scratch."

With his silver hair sprawled messily and his body bathed in sweat, blood, and dust, Gojo broadly smiled and warned Haru for the last time.

However, the only thing he gazed at, was that inhumane smile that never ceased from his face.

Gojo got fed up soon and raised his right hand.

Crossing his middle finger behind his index finger, to form a small gap between them, the Six Eyes Possessor finally released his strongest Technique.

"Ryōiki Tenkai: Muryōkūsho!"
