Liu Zhihao and Bai Yuerong arrived at the sect's entrance, where they were greeted by the guard. The guard asked for their names and their purpose of visit. After verifying their identities, he allowed them to enter the sect.


As they walked towards the sect's main hall, Liu Zhihao noticed that the atmosphere was different. It was more tense than usual, and he couldn't help but feel that something was amiss. He turned to Bai Yuerong, who seemed to share his sentiment.


"Yuerong, do you feel that something is off?" Liu Zhihao asked in a hushed tone.


"Yes, I do. The sect seems to be on high alert," Bai Yuerong replied, also in a whisper.


Liu Zhihao nodded, and they continued to walk towards the main hall. When they arrived, they saw that the hall was full of people, and everyone was in a heated discussion.


Liu Zhihao and Bai Yuerong approached Elder Wu, who was leading the discussion. Elder Wu noticed them and gestured for them to come closer.


"Liu Zhihao, Bai Yuerong, I'm glad you're here. We have a problem," Elder Wu said in a serious tone.


"What problem, Elder Wu?" Liu Zhihao asked.


"Our sect has a new enemy, and they have been attacking our disciples," Elder Wu replied.


Liu Zhihao and Bai Yuerong exchanged a quick glance, both sensing the gravity of the situation.


"What can we do to help, Elder Wu?" Bai Yuerong asked.


"I need the two of you to investigate and find out who is behind these attacks," Elder Wu said.
