When they were out of earshot, Demetrius released his grip on Evander's wrist, leaving him stunned by his behavior. Demetrius spoke, "Enough with your acting. Did you hear me?"

Evander's face registered shock as he asked, "What?"

Calista intervened, holding Demetrius' wrist and addressing him affectionately, "Darling..."
