Persie pondered for a moment and suggested, "How about you ride with someone else? That way, we can all ride together, and you'll feel safer."

Demetrius and Calista, who stood at the door, glanced at Persie, acknowledging his continuous efforts to accommodate Evander. Evander smiled and responded, "That's a good idea. I'll ask Cole if I can ride with him."

Persie nodded, his smile unwavering. Evander inquired about Cole and upon learning that Cole had to attend to his office, returned to the castle.
