7th Rank Qing Ning

~~1 year later~~

Lei Jin and his wives all emerged from their secluded bonding. There was something very different though. Qing Ning was no longer a 6th rank open heaven. She had broken through to the 7th rank while they were in seclusion.

"Congratulations Mistress Qing Ning on your breakthrough!" The Servants placed outside the bedchambers said.

"Thank you all, please rest assured that everything is fine. I know this time was longer than usual. You have all done well waiting for us to return." Qing Ning smiled.

"So it was because of Mistress Qing's breakthrough that kept everyone secluded." A maid said seemingly a little worried and relieved at the same time.

"Oh it wasn't just that." Gu Pan said, shaking her finger. "Get those notes ready. I will tell you how we stayed there for a year.

Gu Pan began explaining. The look on everyone's faces was nothing but pure shock. Even the few who were coming to deliver supplies or trade places all stopped. Jaws dropped after every word that came from Gu Pan. Some looked back and forth at Lei Jin and his wives. Seemingly trying to verify what they were hearing was right.

After the explanation was over someone turned to Lei Jin. "Master Lei Jin is not just a cultivation master. But seems to know a fair bit about juggling." The servant said.

"Ahahaha, you give me far too much credit. Now everyone go back to your duties. Oh and don't worry about not getting everything in one pass this time. It will definitely take many attempts to clean everything up." Lei Jin laughed.

"We will all work together and have it done at once. It is our honor to serve the 'Great-Papa'." The servants all said seriously. Until they got to saying 'Great-Papa' it was then they started giggling like children.

Lie Jin and his wives disappeared and met with the Supreme Elders Hong and Azure Heart.

~~In Supreme Elders Courtyard~~

"Mother-in-law, Father-in-law. It is time we discuss the trip we must take to the Shattered Heaven. Though, Qing Ning has a surprise for Father-in-Law. Let us chat about this first." Lei Jin said, cupping his hands upon arrival.

"Ah! My disciple has broken through. Qing Ning you've really done it. As your Master I am proud of you for this major accomplishment." Supreme Elder Hong laughed happily after seeing Qing Ning's new mighty aura.

"Thank you Master, I owe my cultivation speed to my husband Lei Jin. His essence is quite beneficial. It even gave this disciple the power to awaken Ink Disciples." Qing Ning said unafraid of revealing too much.

"Ahahaha, this is a good day. Yes, a good day indeed!" Supreme Elder Hong said, with a great amount of happiness. "Let's try it. You master here has been suppressing some Ink Disciples for awhile. I'll pull one out so you can get some practice. And this way Jin'er is here incase it goes haywire." He continued.

Shortly after Supreme Elder Hong stopped speaking, there was a 3rd rank ink disciple in the courtyard. It appeared incredibly confused by the situation. He now saw many powerful masters and abnormally strong juniors. One of which gave him a sense of abject terror yet at the same time a feeling of hope welled up in an equal amount.

"Don't worry we won't kill you." Qing Ning said, setting her cup down gently. She slowly stood up, completely relaxed. She had every right to be relaxed, a 3rd rank Open Heaven Ink Disciple could be crushed instantly under her own strength, after all. Besides this she knew that Lei Jin was not going to allow any accidents to happen. Making an attempt to do anything is futile at best.

Qing Ning inhaled and exhaled, readying herself to wake this Ink Disciple. It was her first time using it and was actually a little worried. However, with her connection through the Knowledge Sea she had with Lei Jin it was nearly impossible to not know how the technique is performed. It was just that she had never used this much of her husband's aura at once. Even the method of teleportation through the residence barely uses any of it. It was equivalent to dozens of uses she had to heal the women right after giving birth to a child.

While the amount needed was vast, it wasn't the true reason for her worry. Rather it was the level of control over the Aura. For Lei Jin this was easy since it was… well… his own aura. It would only be natural for Lei Jin to be more skilled with his control than anyone else. So with the need to control a far larger quantity of foreign energy it was only natural to be a little worried at first. However, she calmed herself down knowing that even if she failed, Lei Jin would step in and resolve the situation. Moreover he would do it as easy as breathing, so there was no good reason to be worried.

"Let's bring you back to senses, miss ink disciple." Qing Ning smiled. Energy fluctuations rose and the power of the rainbow light aura washed over the Ink Disciple and collided with the ink force.

"Ahhhh!" The Ink Disciple cried out in pain for a moment. The Ink Force dispersed and the woman prostrated on the ground. "Thank you for saving me Oh Great and Powerful Mistress." The woman said, whimpering and shaking.

"You shouldn't be thanking me. It was all because of my dear husband that we were able to wake you up. So thank him." Qing Ning said, lifting the woman up.

"Husband? Who could be worthy of such an amazing woman?" The woman asked puzzled.

"Good job Qing Ning, With this I'm positive you can handle the low rank ink disciples. Though until you have more practice I'd say limit it to no more then the equivalent strength of single 3rd rank." Lei Jin said, wrapping his arm around her waist and kissing her.

"Oh so it is this junior that is the mistress's husband." The woman said, looking Lei Jin up and down.

"Father-in-law please bring out some more." Lei Jin said.

"How many? I have a little more than a thousand." Supreme Elder Hong asked.

"Half." Lei Jin said, confidently.

Next 500 Ink Disciples appeared in the courtyard and Lei Jin waved his hand out. In the next instant the screams of pain rang out then disappeared. Leaving behind 500 brand new Re-Kindled Ones. The look of shock on the woman's face was impossible to hide.
