The Celestial Realm is exclusive to the Ancient Divine spirits. Those who reach this realm are initially on par or slightly above their 10th rank open heaven counterparts. However, the true limits of this realm would make it the equivalent of the Limitless Heaven Realm.

It was also due to the nature of this realm that the 10th rank open heaven realm, while possessing a Universe world and a Pseudo-Inner Domain, was left as a natural part to the Open Heaven Method instead of a stand alone realm.

This is also the realm that the First Light was in when she had initially fought against Ink before recorded time began. Her power destabilized after the battle to a degree that forced the two heavenly forces Yin and Yang out of her being, causing her being to become irrecoverable.
