Chapter 81: Love and Magic

Four Months Later...

Olsen stared over her glasses at me while I chewed on a fingernail. She had my final grades on her computer and I had to pass them all to get to my next level of magic classes. Though I didn't know that I'd ever catch up to my guys and their knowledge, but they'd been helping me.

And I stayed up late last night cramming with Reed on the Magical Geometry final. I swore I was breaking out in hives when I was taking that test.

"You know in order to opt-out of Magical Geometry for next year, you have to have made a 'C'." She peered at her computer again.

"It's bad, isn't it?" Another year of that class was a total bummer. I loved the teacher and Reed was amazing, but there was no way I could stomach another year of angles and degrees and whatnot.

"You scored overall a B minus."

I jumped up. "I passed? Really? Geometry?" Maybe she meant my total score for all classes.
