Being a bottom feeder in society is an unpleasant experience.

That's how Kiro felt after being left for dead in a back alley. Abandoned and disappointed by the 'work hard' ethic his parents left for him.

'At least the heavens are weeping for me.'	As the light from his eyes faded, he declared as the last act of defiance.

He awoke in a room he hadn't seen in ten years. Whether it was due to sheer luck or divine intervention, he was grateful.

'Through the VR game, Asgard, I'll become filthy rich in this life time.'


Kiro was blissfully unaware that his return was a cry for something greater, for the underlying threats that hovered over his world.

"So essentially, what you've found out is even less than what Kiro found out or got told?" Sekani was in his study, sipping on a golden brown liquid.

He motioned for Wilfred to take a seat. Most of the rich would never do that for hired help but Sekani wasn't like most, he often empathised with how much Wilfred offered to do when he was an old man.

"I'd say, he brought much more information? He neglected to mention the sanctum." He reported back, taking the seat as he was used to it.

"A group created a long time ago. Its origins dates back to the old world. With what young master Kiro brought with him and what I've found out, I've made an educated conclusion. Not saying..."

"Just get to the point Wilfred," he said a little annoyed by him running around the topic. "Please." He added as an afterthought.
