Sterling Mansion,
"How is Vivienne doing now, are there any improvements?" Lucien asked anxiously.
It had been three days since Vivienne had woken up from her coma, and the doctors were taking every precaution to ensure that she would not suffer any long-term damage.
The medical resources being employed to heal her were of the highest grade and monitored daily.
Although Vivienne's body had shown signs of recovery, she was still unable to regain her memories of Lucien completely.
She could only recall that she was deeply grateful to him and had intense feelings towards him, which left her feeling uneasy at times.
Despite her inability to recall her memories, Vivienne's emotions were still very much intact, causing her to cry unconsciously at times. She was being taken care of in the hospital, with her parents and Simran by her side.
"Well, there hasn't been much improvement in her memory," Butler James replied with a worried expression. He knew it might be challenging for Master Sterling to cope with this situation.
Butler James had been with Lucien since his childhood, and he had watched him grow into a splendid man.
He had lost hope when Lucien went astray, but he was relieved when he came through and became a better person than before.
However, the tragic accident that had claimed the lives of Lucien's parents had brought about a significant change in him, forcing him to mature overnight.
Butler James had always been concerned about Lucien's love life, as he showed no interest in romantic pursuits, instead focusing solely on increasing the family's wealth and prestige.
But after Vivienne had entered his life, James noticed a change in his Master's demeanor. There was a newfound spark in his eyes, which had grown dull from boredom after achieving so much.
For James, seeing his Master finally experiencing love was a joyous occasion. It was not that Lucien's subordinates did not love him, but the love of a lover was entirely different.
Just when everything seemed to be going well for Lucien, the accident had occurred, leaving him deeply saddened.
Butler James stood before Lucien, his mind racing as he tried to figure out what to do about Mistress Vivienne's memory loss.
Despite her being safe and awake, she had no recollection of Lucien, leaving him feeling helpless and lost.
After consulting with a therapist and mental health specialist, Butler James recalled a piece of advice from a renowned 70-year-old therapist.
He scoured social media platforms for solutions and stumbled upon a similar case where the person had successfully recovered with the help of a specialist.
With newfound hope, Butler James reached out to the person and discussed their advice at length.
Finally, armed with a potential solution, he approached Lucien with a mix of trepidation and optimism.
"Master Sterling, I have consulted with an expert and have received advice that may help Mistress Vivienne remember her memories of you," Butler James said, his voice tinged with excitement and apprehension.
Lucien's mood shifted as he listened to Butler James' words, his heart skipping a beat.
He had been wracking his brain for a solution, and now, with this glimmer of hope, he felt a rush of emotion.
"Alright, let's give it a try," he said, a sense of determination in his voice.
With a newfound sense of purpose, Butler James set to work, hopeful that this new solution would bring back Mistress Vivienne's memories and reunite her with Lucien once again.
...
The young lady in the doctor coat entered the room with a regal confidence, her office suit adding to her professional demeanor. "So how are you today, Vivi? Do you feel any changes in your body or lightheadedness?" she asked.
"I am good, Aria! And no, I don't feel any unwell, it's quite the opposite actually. I feel much better," replied Vivienne with a smile.
Aria breathed a sigh of relief. "That's good, phew. I was afraid if anything happens to you then who knows what Master Sterling would do with me!"
Vivienne chuckled. "Oh, come on. Who would dare to be angry at Miss Director of Nexus General Hospital?"
Aria retorted playfully, "Oh, please. I am not anything special, Miss CEO!"
Both of them laughed at each other's jests.
"Anyways, Vivi, you are very fortunate that you took the chance and got married to Master Sterling," said Aria, her mind wandering back to the scenes where she had observed Lucien taking care of Vivienne when she was in a coma. "He is a very romantic man. I have seen him holding your hand and sitting beside you for hours without moving an inch, as though he feared you would slip away from him."
Aria's heart swelled with a mixture of joy and envy. She couldn't help but feel grateful that Vivienne had recovered from her coma with no memory loss except for the time she spent with Lucien.
However, Aria couldn't shake off the fear that Vivienne might forget the man who had fought tooth and nail to bring her back to life.
She offered Vivienne a piece of advice, hoping to ease her transition back into daily life.
Aria's hope was that Vivienne would remember her lost memories and keep Lucien in her life, knowing that it would be a loss to let such a loving man slip away.
"Thank you for everything, Aria," Vivienne expressed her gratitude towards her friend who had helped her immensely during her hospital stay.
Despite Aria's words about Lucien, Vivienne couldn't recall any memories of him or their shared life together.
She believed that it was Aria Mael, her dear friend, who had helped her in the hospital, unaware that the hospital belonged to the Sterling Family.
Vivienne's words had left Aria feeling a pang of sadness in her chest.
She couldn't help but worry about what would happen if Vivienne never regained her memory of Lucien. Aria left Vivienne's room, lost in thought, and met Simran at the door.
"Hello, Simran," Aria greeted the maid with a friendly smile.
Simran bowed respectfully in response and asked if Aria was finished with her check-ups.
"Yes, I am done. Please take care of Vivienne. I have more work to attend to," Aria informed Simran before taking her leave and waving goodbye.
"Of course, Ms. Aria. Take care," Simran responded dutifully before heading back into Vivienne's room to tend to her needs.
Aria couldn't help but think about Vivienne's situation as she walked down the hospital corridor.
She hoped that Vivienne would remember everything soon, especially Lucien, as she knew how much Vivienne meant to him.
