The Limits of Wealth

Alex is ecstatic as he realizes that he will have plenty of platinum coins left. He quickly calculates the total cost of the remaining buildings and upgrades and see that he will not spend even 1% of the money.

As he looks at the numbers, Alex can't help but feel a sense of pride and satisfaction. He had worked hard to get to this point, and now he was finally seeing the fruits of his labor.

After double-checking his calculations, Alex decides to organize the building plan, first the Market will be built to open the option to exchange dollars and game coins, second the Quarry will be built to collect stone more efficiently, in sequence the housing and the lumber mill will be updated to level 2.

For this Alex made a to do list on the notes system of the game:

[

Village Head House Level 2: 1

(200 wood, 100 stone, 50 copper)

Housing Level 2: Quantity 5

Lumber Mill Level 2: Quantity 2

Quarry Level 1: Quantity 1

Market Level 1: Quantity 1]

Alex had forgot that the village head house had unlocked the second level, And so he made new groups to build these constructions faster, 3 Villagers to the Village head House, 2 to the Market, and 1 for each of the other buildings.

Since the Village had a lot of Materials left, the village won't need to collect anymore for some time, now they just had to build, build and build.

"Ok guys new you should get the resources to build all these so we can develop our home even more!!!" Said Alex with a happy expression.

"Let's build the Market first." Said Alex.

A few hours later the market got finished and Alex got to the building and accessed the menus learning that there he could trade more easily with other player and of course trade his game coins, but he needed to wait for the other players to build theirs markets first for them to buy the coins and so Alex waited patiently for the other construction work to finish, as the day grew near it's end…

Alex got to the exchange tab and began to fill out the quantity column, but to his surprise, the system won't allow him to exchange more than 10% of his total money.

Feeling frustrated, Alex decides to look for an explanation. He opens up his notification center and sees a message explains that the limit is in place to prevent players from destroying the game economy in its initial phase. It also states that the withdrawal limit is based on the player's in-game title, and as a Squire, Alex is only allowed to withdraw up to 10% of his total funds.

The notification explains that to increase his withdrawal limit, he needs to advance to a higher rank by earning more reputation points. Alex opens his reputation panel to see how many points he has and how many he needs to reach the next rank. [Reputation Points: 4000/10000] He sees that he currently has 4000 reputation points, which is a long way off from the required 10,000 points needed to advance to the next rank.

After reading the message, Alex feels a little relieved that there is a reason behind the limit, but also a little disappointed that he can't withdraw more. Nonetheless, he decides to proceed with the exchange and waits for the players to buy his money.

After Doing this Alex got to the world channel to see how's the situation between the players.

[

Lord#853: Finally the exchange opened but I only got a low tier silver mine!!

Lord#523: You're crying for this? I only got a low tier copper mine.

Lord#421: me too.

Lord#326: 3

Lord#111: Cry you losers I got a middle grade gold mine.

Lord#523: Middle finger for you.

Lord#753: Guys I did some calculation here and who has copper mines will get stuck in the game development in its early stages if he o she doesn't buy coins. To build all the buildings of village level 4 you need 205 copper and this is only for the village level what about the others?

Lord#523: Yeah its true I won't be able to build the market until tomorrow, but fear not I will show you the power of money pay to win is king.

Lord#921: Lord Tycoon adopt me please!!

Lord#056: Guys now that I am thinking about it and what about who got platinum mines?

Lord#295: They are the real tycoons at least 5 million coppers per day, this is just broken. Let's not even talk about top tier…

Lord#342: You guys can talk all you want I will work in my village here.

Lord#543: You can talk I you want there will be more coins for me to buy.

Looking at the chat Alex felt a little smug." The game just began and I already have a platinum mine, From here the game will be smooth." Said Alex to himself, imagining all the new possibilities in and out of the game.

Alex looked at the exchange page again and saw that his coins where already bought, after the process he learned that there was a 5% processing fee what didn't interfere in his emotions since that is only natural, he was feeling really excited and…

[All built and upgrade work done, there isn't any more buildings available for level 4 village, starting upgrade countdown!! 14:00]

"Wow, 14 hours the time is just increasing even more." Said Alex exasperated.

"My Villagers congratulations for the great work today new the village will upgrade again see you after the upgrade." Said Alex smiling and waving his hand as he logged out.

Excitedly Alex got out of the game cabin and checked his bank app.

"Wow it's really here the money, 47500 dollars I'm going to be rich." After the excitement Alex got a shower, ate dinner and slept until morning feeling especially happy.
