Mundus was a giant statue who's sitting on his throne speaking in telepathy to Vergil who's kneeling on the floor.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
Vergil. I'm so please you've killed your mother and sent your brother, Dante to my world.
VERGIL (Ten Years Old):
Thank you, Master. But my brother has my amulet. It is the key to Hell. I can't go there without it.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
Never fear. Phantom will find him, destroy him, and receive your amulet. But I did sense another intruder.
VERGIL (Ten Years Old):
A hellhound?
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
How did you know?
VERGIL (Ten Years Old):
I know Dante. He has a thing for hellhounds. He likes them to lick his face and stick their tongues down his throat. Unless it's a guy, he'll stick his dick in my brother's mouth. Then he'll be gay like Uncle Stolas.
Mundus laughed.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
Well, while we wait for your brother's fate to be sealed, there's someone from the Goetia Family who wants to see you.
VERGIL (Ten Years Old):

Paimon, Stolas' father and the grandfather of Sparda's twins appeared from the shadows. Vergil looked surprised when he saw his grandfather.
VERGIL (Ten Years Old):
Grandpa Paimon?!
PAIMON:

Paimon looked confused and whispered to Mundus.
PAIMON (Whispering):
Which Sparda is this? You told me they're fucking twins.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):

Paimon turned to Vergil and looked happy.

Paimon walked up to his grandson.
PAIMON:
I heard you've killed your mother and sent your brother here because you've chosen the power of corruption. How good for you. Are you willing to accept it?
VERGIL (Ten Years Old):
Yes, Grandpa. I've been waiting for this moment since I made a deal with Master Mundus. And I never looked back.
Paimon smiled.
PAIMON:
I'm so proud of you. Once we retrieve Mundus' power from my palace, everything will be restored just the way it was.
Vergil looked confused.
VERGIL (Ten Years Old):

PAIMON:

Phantom arrived at the throne room, feeling tired.
PHANTOM (Demonic Voice):
Master Mundus. The Son of Sparda has escaped to Hell with a Hellhound.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
Did you manage to get the amulets?
PHANTOM (Demonic Voice):
No. He was wearing it. But I didn't know there was another one.
Vergil looked angry at Phantom.
VERGIL (Ten Years Old) (Angrily):
The other amulet was mine, you fucking ring sausage!! Do you have any idea what it does?! It opens a portal to fucking Hell! I was looking forward to get it back, but you fucked it up!
Phantom looked confused when he saw Vergil. Then he looked at Mundus.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
That's the other son of Sparda, Vergil. He's one of us.
PAIMON:
And he's my grandson, and I'm furious that you made him upset!
PHANTOM (Demonic Voice):
You never told me Sparda had twins.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
I had no intention too. You've really disappointed me, Phantom. Vergil was looking forward to go to Hell to retrieve my power, but you fucked it up. So, if you fail me again; I will destroy you! Now, (Shouting) BE GONE!!!
Phantom hung his head in shame.
PHANTOM (Demonic Voice):
Yes, Master.
Phantom slowly left the throne room, while Paimon calmed his grandson down.
PAIMON:
Don't worry, grandson. I'm sure he'll get him again.
VERGIL (Ten Years Old) (Angrily):
But I want to go to Hell, right fucking now!
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
You will go there, Vergil. But now you need to start your training.
Vergil turned to Mundus.
VERGIL (Ten Years Old):
Training?
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
I've gave you the power, now you must channel it.
VERGIL (Ten Years Old):

MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
Hold out your hands.
Vergil sighed and held out his hands. Mundus used his powers to reveal a dark katana sword. The sword floated slowly down to Vergil and he grabbed it with his hands.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
This sword may look like your father's, but it's not. It contains the darkness.
VERGIL (Ten Years Old):
What should I do?
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
What we corrupted demons do. Kill.
Vergil gave an evil smile.
Area: Training Hall (Demon World)
Vergil used his sword and dark powers at the corrupted imps and Hellhounds.
Area: Vergil's Room
Vergil was watching his brother, Dante with his father and Loona through the magic mirror. When years had passed, Vergil became fully corrupted, but darker.

Area: Mundus's Throne Room
Mundus and Paimon were waiting for Vergil.
PAIMON:
Oh, I'm so glad that Vergil is going to persuade Dante to work with us. Or he'll kill him.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
Once he has Dante's demon power, he can go to Hell and reclaim my power.
The portal magically opened behind Paimon. Vergil appeared from it and fell to the floor because he looked weak and wounded. Paimon looked shocked.
PAIMON:
Vergil!
Paimon ran to his grandson and lifted him up gently.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
Paimon, don't be emotional.
Paimon turned to Mundus.
PAIMON:
He's, my grandson! I'll do whatever I please.
Paimon turned to his grandson and he used his powers to heal his grandson's wounds.
PAIMON:
What happened, Vergil?
VERGIL:
I tried to persuade him, Grandpa, but his mind is too strong.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
You failed to kill Dante and take his demon power?!
Vergil went down on his knees.
VERGIL:
Forgive me, Master Mundus. My brother is too powerful. I guess I never did enough training.
Paimon was thinking, then he had an idea.
PAIMON:
I think you might need a little help.
VERGIL:
How's a doctor going to make Dante corrupt?
PAIMON:
I mean you need someone by your side. Including me.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
What'd you have in mind, Paimon?
PAIMON:

Paimon turned to his grandson.
PAIMON:
Vergil, I want you to go to the Living World and find Ms. Mayday and her posse at the police station. They got arrested yesterday during Spring Break and you must save them.
Vergil scoffed.
VERGIL:

Vergil turned away.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):

Vergil looked surprised and turned back to Mundus and Paimon.

PAIMON:

Paimon scrolled the mirror like he's using a smartphone and showed Vergil Verosika Mayday's human form.

Vergil felt in love when he looked at Verosika Mayday in the mirror.
VERGIL:

Mundus used his powers to open the portal to the Living World.

Verosika Mayday sighed deeply.
VEROSIKA MAYDAY:
Let's just hope someone with a unique power can break us out. Like Sparda.
Verosika Mayday was sighing happily while daydreaming.
Daniel Dollarbill, who is a human butler to the Sparda family, but now he's a police officer who was sitting on a chair looking at his smartphone, until another police officer entered the prison cell.
POLICE OFFICER #1:
Officer Dollarbill, you're off-duty now. I'll take over.
Daniel got up from the chair.
DANIEL DOLLARBILL:
Oh, yes. Thank you. I must've zoned out.
The police officer noticed that Daniel looked worried.
POLICE OFFICER #1:
You're still thinking about the family you used to serve, aren't you?
Daniel sighed sadly.
DANIEL DOLLARBILL:
I served that family for a very long time. But when I came back to their castle ten years ago, it was destroyed and they were dead.
POLICE OFFICER #1:

DANIEL DOLLARBILL:

Daniel left the prison cell and went to the front desk to get checke out.
POLICE OFFICER #2:
Good night, Officer Dollarbill.
DANIEL DOLLARBILL:

After Daniel left the police station, Vergil arrived with sunglasses on, and walked up to the second police officer.
VERGIL:
I'm a friend of Verosika Mayday. I was told that's she's here. Can I see her?
POLICE OFFICER #2:
No, you can't see her. It isn't visiting hours yet.
VERGIL:
Where is she?
POLICE OFFICER #2:
Look, it won't start for an hour. You wanna wait, there's a bench over there.
Vergil took a look around the room and turned to the second police officer.
VERGIL:
Don't bother. I'll find her myself.
Vergil left the police station. At the parking lot, Daniel was about to open the door to his car, until he saw Vergil. Vergil used his powers to unleash hundreds of generated blades called Mirage Blades.
VERGIL:
Kill all the cops.
The Mirage Blades went through the windows of the police station and killed all the police officers, except Verosika Mayday, her posse and Vortex. Vergil smiled.
VERGIL:
I killed the law and I won.
Vergil spotted Daniel hiding behind his car, looking scared. Vergil took his sunglasses off.
VERGIL:
Hello, Daniel. Clean my mess after I'm gone.
While Vergil went back to the police station, Daniel looked surprised because he recognised him.
DANIEL DOLLARBILL:
Vergil?! Then that means...
Back at the prison cell, Verosika Mayday, her posse and Vortex looked surprised when they saw the police officer dead, with all of his body parts cut off.
VORTEX:
What the hell just happened?
VEROSIKA MAYDAY:
I don't know. I've never seen that kind of power before. Except from...
Vergil arrived at the prison cell and spotted Verosika Mayday, her posse and Vortex. Vergil had his eyes on Verosika Mayday and smiled.
VERGIL:

Verosika Mayday interrupted Vortex.

Vortex looked sad and sighed deeply.
VORTEX:

Vortex used the grimoire to open the portal to Hell. Then he and Verosika Mayday's posse went through it. Verosika Mayday looked at Vergil.
VEROSIKA MAYDAY:
Are you coming?
VERGIL:
No. Not yet. I have some things to do.
Vergil gave Verosika Mayday a piece of paper.
VERGIL:
This page is from another grimoire. It will take you to the Demon World.
VEROSIKA MAYDAY:
Thanks, Vergil. But I have places to go and sexy songs to sing.

VERGIL:
Oh, I heard about them. They save humans from dying and their commercial was a load of old shit. What are the names of these angels, Grandpa?
PAIMON:
Collin, Cletus and Keenie. They don't know about Mundus.
VERGIL:
So, you want me to find them and convince them to come to the Demon World by lying to them about Mundus?
PAIMON:
That's part of his plan, Grandson. Mundus was about to take over Heaven after Hell and the Living World, until your father ruined it.
VERGIL:

VERGIL:

After Paimon hung up, Vergil saw Dante and his dad appear from the portal at the parking lot.
VERGIL:

Vergil quickly left the Police Station.
Area: The Alley.
Collin, Cletus and Keenie, the former employees of C.H.E.R.U.B were sitting on the garbage bin feeling miserable.
COLLIN:
I can't believe Deerie banished us to the Living World.
CLETUS:
But we didn't mean to kill Lyle Lipton. It was the imps' fault. They provoked us.
KEENIE:
But we can't go back to Heaven. No one is ever going to forgive us.
VERGIL:
I forgive you.
The Cherubs looked surprised and saw Vergil walking up to them.
VERGIL:
The imps made you kill that old human and you can't go back to Heaven. But there is another way back.
The Cherubs looked scared.
CLETUS:
Who are you?
VERGIL:
Don't be scared. I'm Vergil, the son of Sparda. Have you ever heard of Mundus?
COLLIN:
No.
Vergil smiled.
VERGIL:
Well, a very long time ago, he was the ruler of Heaven before God, until he was banished to the Demon World for killing humans after he was provoked my imps.
Keenie gasped.
KEENIE:
That's what happened to us after we killed Lyle!
Collin looked confused.
COLLIN:
But you said there's another back to Heaven. How do we do that?
VERGIL:
You need to go to the Demon World and work for Mundus. He'll help you get back to Heaven.
KEENIE:
The Demon World? But that's sounds like... No! Get outta here! Just leave us alone!
VERGIL:
Very well. But if want to make Deerie forgive you, working with Mundus is the only way. But you can just forget it. It was only a suggestion.
While Vergil was about to leave the Alley, The Cherubs were thinking about Heaven and Cletus sighed sadly.
CLETUS:
I hope God can forgive us for what we're about to do.
The Cherubs turned to Vergil.
CLETUS:

Vergil stopped walking and turned to the Cherubs.
VERGIL:
Yes?
The Cherubs flew up to Vergil.
CLETUS:
We'll do it. We'll work for Mundus.
COLLIN:
We love the Living World, but we don't want to live there.
KEENIE:
It's full of sinners.
Vergil smiled and reached out his hand to the Cherubs.
VERGIL:
You made the right decision.
Vergil used his dark katana sword to open the portal.
VERGIL:
This portal will take you to the Demon World, and don't worry. Mundus won't let his minions harm you.
Keenie looked happy.
KEENIE:

COLLIN:
Not those kinds of minions, silly.
CLETUS:
Well, we got no choice. Let's go.
The Cherubs went through the portal. Vergil smiled and laughed after the portal closed.
VERGIL:
Dumbass angels. They're so predictable. I better let my grandpa know.
Vergil was about to call his grandpa with his smartphone, but he got shot in the back and fell to the ground. On the rooftop, Striker, the imp assassin was looking at Vergil through the scope from his Sniper Rifle.
STRIKER:
Ha, killing humans are so easy.
Striker looked surprised when he saw Vergil get up from the ground.
STRIKER:
What?! I shot him. How could he...
Vergil disappeared and reappeared behind Striker, disarmed and pinned him down to the floor.
VERGIL:
Don't you know normal bullets can't kill the son of Sprada.
Striker looked at Vergil.
STRIKER:
You're the son of Sprada?
VERGIL:
Yes. I am Vergil.
STRIKER:
The corrupted son of Sparda? I've heard a lot about you.
Vergil looked surprised.
VERGIL:
You have?
STRIKER:
Yeah. You fight with your brother. You killed your mother, and now you're working for Mundus.
VERGIL:
How'd you know all of this?
STRIKER:
Your aunt told me about it when she hired me to kill your uncle.
Vergil let go of Striker, while Striker got up from the floor.
VERGIL:
So, my Aunt Stella hired you to kill my Uncle Stolas?
Vergil smiled.
VERGIL:
That will teach that imp fucker.
STRIKER:
So, you knew he cheated on her?
VERGIL:
Yes. And I also knew he's gay, but I never liked him. He just wanted love, not power. So, who are you?
STRIKER:
Oh, where are my manners. The name's Striker. Imp assassin. And I would like to work with you and Mundus.

Striker interrupted Vergil.
STRIKER:

Striker showed Vergil the piece of paper that has a passage to the Demon World and put it back in his coat pocket.
STRIKER:
I've been to the Demon World lots of times. But I can't go there now. I still have a job to do. There's a Harvest Moon Festival at the Wrath Ring in a couple of days. Your Uncle is going to be there. It will take me a long time, but after I kill him, I'll come to the Demon World.
VERGIL:
And what if you can't kill him.
STRIKER:
Then I'll still come to the Demon World.
Vergil smiled.
VERGIL:
Smart talk, Striker. But I just have one question for you. What kind of bullets will kill a demon like me?
STRIKER:

VERGIL:
Correct. I'll help you make some when you get back to the Demon World.
Vergil and Striker exchanged their hands and shook in agreement.

Striker jumped off the roof and vanished. Vergil looked happy.
VERGIL:

Vergil's smartphone was ringing in his pocket. He took it out and answered it. Paimon appeared on the screen.
PAIMON:
Vergil, I was worried for a minute. Did you get the Cherub angels to work for Mundus?
VERGIL:
Yeah, I did, Grandpa. I told them Mundus was the ruler of Heaven and they completely fell for it.
PAIMON:
Perfect! I've could've done it better myself.
VERGIL:
Oh, I've also met an imp name Striker. He's an assassin and he wanted to work with me and Mundus. If that's okay with you?
PAIMON:
It's not okay, Grandson. It's perfectly okay! Mundus needed an assassin to complete his plan to restore Hell. But now he wants you back to the Demon World to complete your training.
VERGIL:
Are there any others to recruit?
PAIMON:
Yes. Mundus will let you know when that happens. Now return to the Demon World. Let the corrupted demons deal with your father and Dante.
VERGIL:
All right. I'll head back.
Vergil hung up his smartphone and saw Dante and Sparda fighting the corrupted demons at distance. Vergil smiled.
VERGIL:
We will meet again, Dante. And your powers will soon be mine.
Vergil opened the portal with his dark katana sword and went through it.

Area: Mundus's Throne Room
Vergil, Verosika Mayday and Striker were in the throne room with Paimon and Mundus.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
It's been two years since you started recruiting anyone like the lovely sexual succubus, Verosika Mayday.
Verosika Mayday felt blushed.
VEROSIKA MAYDAY:

MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
And the deadly imp assassin, Striker.

I've also recruited the human organization who investigates paranormal activities including demons from Hell. They're called D.H.O.R.K.S. And I don't know what that stands for, but they don't know I'm a demon.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
Good! We need these humans to help us. And I also have my secret weapon they can study and she's almost ready.
VERGIL:
She? Who is your secret weapon?
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):
If I told you, it wouldn't be a secret.
Vergil sighed.
VERGIL:

MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):

Yes. There's only one Sparda. And that's going to be me. Once I have his powers, I can kill Dante and take his. And They all see the powerful corrupted Vergil gets what he wants. But now, I have my succubus to fuck.
MUNDUS (Demonic Voice):

Verosika Mayday looked happy, then she and Vergil left the throne room. Striker smiled as he saw them leaving.
STRIKER:
