A week and some days later, Izzy is sitting in Jack's office awaiting the results as Jack seats opposite her looking as if he is about to have an heart attack

ok. Doctor lay it on me. she said taking a deep breath.

you are pregnant. said Jack more like a question than a answer.

good said a voice that just step into the room, Izzy turned to see the CEO of the company she works for staring at her.

ok let's talk business

how much? asked Oliver

how much what? asked Izzy

how much is your body worth?

I don't like repeating myself miss Monro. said Oliver

I have a meeting, here is my card. come to my office 12am sharp and we will discuss said Oliver and left.

Izzy got home, she threw herself on her bed wondering what she was going to do. the past week has seem like a joke for her. but hearing the doctor say she is pregnant just made the whole situation real. she can't believe she is with child. what is she going to do? what if Oliver wants an abortion, she is one hundred percent sure that she is not going to abort this child whether he wants it or not. she tries to be strong but she just couldn't help the tears that flows from her eyes.

Izzy woke up the next morning with puffy eyes having cried herself to sleep last night, she took a shower,dress up in her office clothes which is a white long sleeve buttoned up shirt and a black pencil skirt reaches below her knees, she put on her black heels and looked at herself in the mirror. she has always dressed decently. being satisfied with her appearance she grabbed her bag, took a deep breath and went to the office. she must work, she needs the money now that she is having a child.

Hour into work, she realised it's time to meet Oliver, his office is on the tenth floor. she has never been there before, she wondered how it looks like. she got into the elevator trying to motivate herself by taking deep breath and saying you can do this Izzy, he is just human.

The elevator arrived and she got out, she walked up to his secretary desk but she is not around so she just went into his office.

Izzy nodded her head noticing that he has a habit of cutting people off when they are speaking.

take a seat, let's get right to business he said.

after they were seated, he said

so have you come up with a price?

come on, don't play dumb, if I want you to keep the child how much is it going to cost me? he asked

nothing because whether you want to or not am keeping this baby she said
