You Know What I Want

Today was Erin's first day back at work officially engaged.

She wore a professional tight-fitting gray dress with a thin, black leather belt cinching at the waist and matching black heels.

However the most important item she wore was the massive rock sparkling on her ring finger.

Erin was curious to know if people would treat her any differently now.

Yang Group was a very professional workplace, Erin had never experienced any major disrespectful comments, or at least not to her face.

But she expected some kind of gossip, so she put on her best serious face and walked with pride down the corridors.

...

The employees were stunned by this determined woman. It seemed that she was climbing a ladder at Yang Group and had practically made it to the top.

They bowed their heads and kept their eyes fixed on the ground.

"Good morning Su," Erin said as pulled out her key card to open the office.

Su looked wide eyed at Erin, as if she was some kind of golden statue.
