Lina sat in the passenger seat and watched with wide eyes as Wendy looked over some documents.

A driver dressed in a smart chauffeur uniform took them on a quick journey to an upscale area in the northern part of the city close to some reputable universities.

Lina was in awe when they pulled up to a private gated community.

Wendy showed a card to the security and they entered the circular compound. It was quite striking and extremely modern. The apartments were arranged in a ring like shape all looking towards a circular courtyard in the center of the small community.

Only the most expensive and luxury cars entered the residence and each building had a private entrance with their own doorman.

"Why are we here?" Lina asked when the car slowed to a stop.

"I would like to get your opinion on a property," Wendy smiled and stepped out first.

Lina felt kind of uncomfortable but she didn't want to offend Wendy, so she followed her inside the marble entrance of the building.
