"How's the food?" Drishti asked curiously. She prepared all these by her own for Rishi. That foodie wanted to eat a lot from her but never she gave a damn. Rishi was looking at her without any blink. He wanted to cry.

"Do you think I can eat that?" Rishi asked in a shaky voice. She was about to die abd behaving like preparing the last food in her life and she wanted him to give compliment. Those foods were feeling like poisoned, they were cutthroat for him.

"Don't be such a kid. Look at Mohit, Aditya and Dhruv. They are enjoying it." She pointed at them with a little pout.

Aditya suddenly slammed his hand on the dining table, "Don't you think it's too much? How can you pretend so tough? Doesn't your head hurt? How can you act like there's no pain. I might not be a neurologist. But I know how bad this pain could be. Why are you acting like this?"

"It's not paining, Adi." Drishti tried to smile but she knew Aditya always knew when she was lying.

"Can't we try once more? Last time in Singapore doctor failed. I bet there are better doctors." Mohit said with a sigh.

"You made a list back then. I visited everyone." She reminded him the fact.

"Let's be superstitious once. Let's go to temples and promise something, if that works." Dhurv looked at her with expectations.

"That's funny. You think I will say to God to save me and nothing will happen? If God planned my dead, I must die." She smiled a little.

"How bad it's paining?" Aditya asked not wanting his guess to be right.

"The worst."

Her reply sent them to a daze. It was possible for her to assume her death because each passing seconds her pain was increasing and she could feel her breath could stop anytime.

"That's the punishment of my sin. God won't help me, that's my karma punishing me." She muttered in a low voice.

"You never committed any sin." Dhruv argued.

"I did. My sin was to marry Raunak. I could have said no if I wanted. But I didn't. I was afraid of losing my parents. You know I agreed because I didn't want anything bad to happen to my parents." Drishti muttered in a low voice.

"It was Dadu, right?" Dhruv asked looking into her eyes.

She wanted to laugh a little, "You guys know it?"

"Some helped us, a lawyer Mr. Bose." Rishi informed.

"What!!! Mr. Bose, lawyer Bose, Criminal lawyer?" Drishti jumped from her seat and asked with excitement.

"You know him?" Mohit raised an eyebrow.

"A little. We met before." She sighed and started, "Those businesses Rathindra had in Malta was on Dadu's name. Professor Joseph confirmed it today."

"Seriously? It was Dadu who helped to erase all the proofs of Rathindra's sins. She was the master mind. She actually wanted to get that property. She killed her husband and even her daughter in law. She had a connection with Arya and Shalini. Everyday in the early morning Shalini called in that land number. But why did she choose you?" Rishi asked.

"I knew a lot about the family matter. I was trying to find it. She wanted me to stay in front of her eyes and to watch my moves. I knew she did all these all the time but I couldn't say that. She actually went to my parents to scare me and she kept doing that all the time. I was afraid so i just did everything she said without any protest. But Rajiv bhai and Sanjana Di's death made me determined to drag her down. I will do that no matter what." She took a deep breath. That was the reason why she didn't like to meet her parents. Every time she went there, Dadu blackmailed her more.

"You could have told us." Aditya rolled his eyes but it was too late.

"I couldn't Adi. Why do you think I didn't take step against Rathindra Sen when I could do that? I let Raunak do that and pretended to be unaware of everything just for them. Each night I used to stay in other room, she came and reminded me of Dhara, I was having delusional disorder and it triggered more. It was not Raunak who was to blame on my birthday night for that disorder, it was Dadu. She sent me the clip how Dhara was raped." Drishti tried hard to control her emotions but things were really brutal.

"Do you know how did she manage all these? She even used Mayank to scare me. That's why i helped mayank so much in setting up her own company. As long as he was there, I was afraid of his life. She did a lot of bad things. Sanjana di and Rajiv bhai didn't know all but when they wanted to take steps, they had to die."

"Wait! Then where is uncle and aunty. They still have life risks." Rishi didn't think about this before.

"No, i sent them to Pune to meet Sanjana di's family and Arun will help me to protect them. Don't worry." She assure them. But suddenly she remembered of something. Raunak said he was having a overnight today and that's why she dared to come here. He should have come here already to pick her up.

Thinking about something she hurriedly dialled Raunak's number but unfortunately it was switched off.

"What happened?" Mohit asked curiously.

"Raunak is not picking up the phone. I mean......shit!!" Drishti cursed loudly, "His new assistant was Dadu's people. I didn't understand it. He didn't have any overnight. It was just to stop Shalini's arrest. Dadu was waiting for this."

Their food was long forgotten. Rishi hurriedly started to track Shalini, Dadu, Raunak and that assistant's phone numbers. And as they assumed, they were on the same place.

After calling Anand for help, they started for his office. As for the location, it was inside the secret chamber. Actually Raunak had no reason to keep Rathindra's memories so safe. It was Dadu who pestered him to keep those as they were really rare.

Drishti was afraid, she was afraid of losing him.

.

.

Raunak got back his senses to fund he was tied up with a chair. There was nothing on his mouth because the room was sound proof. No matter how much he shouted, no one would listen. His eyes were on Shalini and Dadu all the time.

Drishti was right. The unpredictable one betrays. Raunak never thought it would be his Dadu to be the main culprit. He loved her a lot. She was the one he loved after his mom abd brother. She was his home all the time. Raunak felt he was the reason Drishti had to go through all of this problems. Only if he didn't marry her, she would have been safe.

"I never assumed you were the one to kill your husband and my mom. You helped your son in doing all these." His tone was still calm. It was nothing unknown at that moment. Already Anand inform him about everything and about ensuing security to Drishti's parents.

"You are always so naive. That made my works easier. After your mom's death, you believed me unconditionally. You should have understood only a person can't do all these." She smirked at him, "Oh I was the one to inform Shalini about you marriage."

"Dadu maybe I'm naive. But you have grown old. Do you know I've already used all of my forces to destroy each of your illegal and legal businesses? You sent a spy as my assistant but you forgot never my Indian assistant used to know anything about my main business. This time was not an exception. The moment I knew, I went to office to destroy you. Long time I didn't show off my powers. Maybe you forgot about that." He wanted to kill her at the place but he couldn't. He was tied up, "Maybe I would die today. But I will destroy ypu before that."

"That little trouble maker....." Dadu couldn't complete her words before that she got a call. Raunak had a smirk on his face. He destroyed the illegal empire that had. He was gathering the proof after taking steps against Arya but he never knew it was his Dadu to be the owner.

Her face fell with her call. She understood what Raunak said was true. Raunak had countless powers in abroad that he never showed.

"You know the person who was having psychological problems and helped you in killing Sanjana di is now going to be the feast of wolves. Wish him luck." He gritted his teeth together.

"Raunak! You are not the only one in this. Tell me who's helping you." Dadu shouted.

"That's true..You've made a lot of enemies. It was lawyer Bose the most dangerous criminal lawyer of Kolkata. Why's he helping me? What did you do to him?" Raunak asked curiously. He always wanted to know their connection.

Dadu didn't know any lawyer Bose. But she understood that man was really powerful. She wanted to curse but didn't get enough time. Suddenly the ground of the floor opened. Raunak raised an eyebrow with curiosity. It was not the main way to enter the room. It was merely a secret way that was created for emergency situations by the architects.

Without wasting any time, Drishti and her friends reached there. And Anand was behind then with that investigating officer and her team.

"How....." Shalini and Dadu was dumbfounded. They didn't know there's any other way to enter here. Even Raunak almost forgot about it.

"You want to ask how I knew about it? You've grown old. Did you forget I'm an architect? And it was Irene to design the whole building. Not so hard to get the blueprint." Drishti smirked.

"Don't try to do anything funny. The whole office is surrounded by the officers and you have no way to escape." Anand inform, "Well, do you know the automatic security system is on Rishi's hand now. You will die if you get out of here, maybe my suffocating in the lift or falling down from the escalator."

They came with full proof plan. They couldn't lose the opportunity today. They made a mistake by keeping Raunak a hostage. She shouldn't have done that.

Suddenly shalini was about to pull Drishti but she hurriedly grabbed the hands. Drishti had good reflexes, maybe Shalini didn't know about it. She twisted her arms and made her kneel down on the floor, "Shalini, what are you going to do? Pull me and aim a revolver on my head to scare them away. No problem you can kill me if you want. I will die within a few days anyway. Just you will make it feel better. I'm feeling pain in my head, kill me, I will feel better."

Drishti gritted her teeth and kicked her hard to make her spit out blood, "Remember one thing, I killed once, I'm not afraid of killing twice. And police now can't do anything to me. I will die so soon. it won't bother to stay in jail for two days or three."

Maybe because she got excited, her pain triggered more. But no way she wanted to lose in front of them. Anand and other polices didn't have any interest in watching a drama there. So they called female officers and arrested them. Surprisingly but true Dadu didn't protest this time.

But Drishti didn't know anything more. She started to doze off until everything turned black.
