After a long drive from London to Fairfield, Elizabeth and Harold arrives in his hometown. They head towards the Edwards residence since that's the only place they have to stay for now since Harry gave The Loft to Arthur when he moved to London with Elizabeth. Once they arrive, Harold suggests, "How about we just leave our things in the Jaguar and get some proper sleep then in the morning we could unpack whatever we need" Elizabeth responds, "That's actually a good idea. Let's do it since I'm pretty exhausted" to which they head inside the Edwards residence and inside they see that only Zoey is still awake.
They greet Zoey while keeping the noise level at its minimum. Harry asks Zoey, "Could Beth and I go to bed since we drove all night just to get here" Zoey tells her brother, "Sure, little brother. You guys go ahead and rest while I just watch the last bit of my show. I'll head to bed too since I've got studying to do". Harry responds, "Thanks. You truly are the best" as Elizabeth and himself heads to his old room in order to get some sleep.

The next morning, Elizabeth and Harold wakes up, gets dressed then goes to greet his parents. Sean and Michelle are glad to see them because they haven't seen each other since they had Christmas here in Fairfield. They met at the fight against Joe Scott though. Sean asks them, "It's good to see you and Elizabeth again, Harry. How are you guys doing since we last saw you?" Elizabeth answers, "We're doing pretty good" while Harry continues, "We have spoken and decided on things that are going to take place like me retiring from boxing after this fight against Richard. This is the last one for sure even if I win, lose or draw, I am walking away from professional boxing so I can be with my Beth".
Elizabeth informs them, "We also decided that after Harold fights Richard, we are probably going to plan our wedding and probably have it next year in March, maybe". Harry's family understands what Harry is willing to sacrifice in order to be with Elizabeth and be happy with her since they respect his decision. Harry says, "If you guys don't mind, I'd like to see Manny now since it's a week or so before the fight and I've still got some training to do. I am going to inform Manny about me retiring from boxing to be with Elizabeth". Harold kisses Elizabeth goodbye and says bye to everyone else then heads out in order to see Manny.
Harry goes to see Manny. He drives to his place in the Jaguar and once he arrives, Harry and Manny has a word together about him retiring from boxing due to wanting to be with Elizabeth after this fight against Richard. Manny respects his wish. He tells Harry, "Since this is our last fight together, let's go out in style by training for this last week like we've never trained before with even more blood, sweat and tears" while Harry responds, "Let's do it, Manny. I am ready for anything and this time, we are going to show The Duke who we truly are by winning the match and beating him in our final fight" which Manny says, "Yeah, let's go for it, lad".
After their conversation, Harry heads home. He finds out that everyone else has left besides Zoey and as he enters the house, Zoey notices him, closes her textbooks and stands up. Zoey approaches her brother. She requests from him, "Could I speak with you outside, little brother?" which Harry responds to, "Sure, we can talk outside". They head outside and begin their conversation.
Zoey begins the conversations. As she asks him, "Are you really going to give up being a boxer just to be with Liz?" Harry answers, "I am willing to give up boxing in order to be with Beth". After hearing this, Zoey states, "Don't get me wrong, Harry but I know that you love Liz. However what you just said, it doesn't sound like you truly what to give up fighting". Harry hears his sister out. He tells her, "I know that's what it sounds like but that's what I want and what Beth and I discussed. I love boxing but I love Elizabeth even more".
Zoey begins to understand. She places her hand on his back and says, "Everything is going to be okay, Harry. Just remember that. I am here for you and so is everyone else. I should get back to my studies. You are free to do whatever you want in the meantime before everyone gets back". Zoey heads inside the house while Harry remains outside for a while and thinks about his life.
23rd April 2011.
Manny has Harry train the entire week right before the night before the fight as Manny thought it best to let Harry be with his family and to remember his training as this time they are going to beat Richard and become the new number 1 contender for the Heavyweight Championship even though it's Harry's last fight in his career. Harry is in bed with Elizabeth as the two of them are having a talk about the fight tomorrow as well as about life after it. Harold tells Elizabeth, "After tomorrow, everything is going to change fir us since I'm giving up on being a fighter and begin my life with you".
Elizabeth says, "I hope everything is going to go great for you tomorrow as the last fight against Richard really made you go further than you ever been before in the ring but I'm sure that this time you're going to do it, you are going to win this fight then retire so that we can get married, and begin a family together as nothing else makes me happier than thinking about this, being with you and spending the rest of my life with you". Harry doesn't say anything as all he is doing is laying down beside Elizabeth while his head is down on the pillow.
Elizabeth notices that Harold didn't responds to what she told him. Elizabeth asks him, "Is something wrong, Harold? Because you didn't responds to what I just said to you" Harold tells her, "It's nothing but I was thinking, should I really retire from boxing because if I do, I won't be able to be the person that I am now, as I will be going backwards with my life. Going back to the way things were after David and Ryan passed away, when Matthew left as that was like the darkest part of my life, since I became a boxer, a contender, I became a winner so to speak because that changed my life but me knowing that I'll be giving this up. I really think that I would become a loser again without being a boxer".
Elizabeth turns towards Harold. She tells him, "Please don't think like that. You're not a loser, not in my eyes, you are a winner. You did the impossible many times before. By overcoming the odds. You're going to prove that tomorrow like you always have". Harold smiles at Elizabeth. He kisses her then says, "I hope so and that for as long as I've got you in my corner every little thing is going to be all right".
24th April 2011.
One week later. Harry is on his way to Anfield Stadium where the fight is going to take place. Elizabeth and Harold arrives at the stadium, they head towards the locker room in order for Harry to prepare for the fight. Once inside the locker room, Elizabeth and Harold greets everyone within the locker room. Manny, Chris and Andy. Manny instructs Harry, "Prepare for the last fight of your career, lad. But once you get marry, that's when the real fight begins for both of you. Only that one is a never-ending boxing match as the rounds continue for as long as you are together. There will be good and bad, pleasure and discomfort but it's all the same in the end".
Harry says, "Ah thanks, Manny. That's good advice and we'll take it and use it the best we can, through good and bad". Harold informs everyone, "It's best that I prepare for this fight against Richard". Harry leaves and puts on his union jack shorts then places his boots on. Harry approaches everyone and asks Andy, "Would you help me out with wrapping my hands, so I can place my gloves on" which he does and after his hands are wrapped, Harold calls Elizabeth over to him.
Once she stands at his side, Harold tells her, "Since it's almost time for my last fight, you should head to your seat, Beth. Sit down besides our family and help them support me tonight" Elizabeth responds, "Okay, I will, Harold. I'll leave soon and cheer you on during this fight. I know you're going to win, you have to". Before Elizabeth can leave, Harold asks her, "How about a kiss for good luck, Beth?". Elizabeth smiles then kisses him before she leaves and makes her way to her seat while Harry has his belt tied around his waist then has his robe places on. Harry is ready to take his walk towards the ring.
