I warned you

After a day and a half more of walking, we arrived. The city was a bit better than the last but still dirtier than home. I quickly realised just how different the people looked from me so I covered my face and padded my stomach with my old clothes. "We need to find horses" I said looking around to see if there was a map. "You go ask someone" I said. She walked over to a man and spoke to him then came back. "They don't have horses for sale but we can probably steal some from carriage services".

"And where is that?"

"I don't know" She responded quickly. She was really useless, it made my blood boil. I wanted to kill her for her uselessness and then feed her to vultures but she was the one who knew where the disciples' treasures were. "Go ask where the carriage service is".

"If you want something done right, better do it yourself" She said looking annoyed. I stared at her and she stared back unwavering. How dare she fucking disobey me. I bit my lip, holding back my words and closed my eyes. "I can't speak their language, can you ask for me?" I asked.

"Ok" She said walking off again. She came back saying, "It's at the entrance which is south from where we are but before that, we need more recourses as Ubok is very far". I nodded.

"Then you go sort that out and I'll get two horses".

I began walking down south. I noticed that there were few people out in the street. They were probably aware of the invasion but unaware of the fact that most of the invading army was annihilated. There was another fleet but they were still on there way and I no longer had interest in that shitty kingdom. I arrived after hours of walking downhill only to find that the carriage service had gone already. That meant that I'd have to wait until tommorow. "Where's yer army"

I turned my head and saw an old man with a very long nose. He probably noticed that I was a foreigner. I looked around and saw no one around but when I turned back he'd already drawn his sword and began lunging towards me. I rolled back and took of the mask to breath better and drew my bow. "I don't wish to kill you, now walk away" I said. He remained silent and began getting closer. I pulled back my string and flung an arrow however he swiftly deflected it. I put my bow back and instead drew my dagger. I began walking towards him but just as he raised his sword, I leaped back and threw my dagger at his chest. He heaved forward and began coughing blood but recovered. As he raised his head, I shot him between the eyes. "I warned you".
