Wasn't very Heroic

I took another right and final found a light. I desperately ran towards it but just as I was about to cross I heard "Halt". It was the man who'd brought me to this prison, I could tell despite the fact he wasn't wearing his helmet. He had long unkempt blonde hair and a gaunt looking face. He was quite hideous and wasn't an Ubokian by his eyes and fangless teeth. "What is your name?" he asked not walking forward as he knew that I would run if he took even a step.

"I am the Archer, you need not know my name" I said.

He nodded and responded, "I swear on my life I will kill you and hang your body for this great humiliation". I stared blankly at him before continuing to run. Those words surely came from the depths of his heart but conviction was not enough to beat me. In the distance far behind me I could hear several yells and the other guards began to chase me but due to their heavy armor I had a far advantage. I sprinted as far until they were no longer in sight and then ripped a piece of my shirt off to use as a face mask. I also for once let my hair loose as it was too noticeable. I began to walk with a hunch towards the agreed meeting place. Adae as smart as she was, probably wasn't there yet so I walked a bit slower to recover my stamina.

After about 2 to 3 hours I arrived there and Adae was in fact waiting. "How in the world did you get here before me?" I asked.

"I chipped at a wall for a while with a broken bit of stone and since it was already broken it didn't take very long and most of the guards were rushing over to you since you broke out violently" She explained.

I nodded and said, "Now let's continue looking for the disciple and also now I'm probably wanted so we can't go to the theater".

"I know, and I figured another way was to ask around the people if there was a disciples descendant, it would take more time asking individually but it's the best we can do at the moment" She said. I nodded but then realised that I'd be doing nothing which wasn't very heroic.
