Rolavin

Long ago, there was a legendary man. He fought countless men to the death until he was labelled the strongest in the world. Years later, the man was on his deathbed, surrounded by disciples and he said to them, "One of you, continue my legacy and become the strongest". And so, bad times began. The disciples were loose lipped and spread the word and so, many began pursuing a life similar to the man in hopes of becoming the strongest. About 200 years later, our 'hero' is born. He too wishes to become the strongest just like the others. This story follows his journey to becoming the strongest.

The Legendary Man

"Punchra" she said quietly. It was almost as if she'd lost all her rage. Eventually she too fell asleep but by the time I'd decided to rest our journey had ended. I'd decided that instead of staying in the rebel house, I'd stay at an Inn. Adae on the other hand decided on staying at the rebel house so I told her to tell them where i was staying if someone came for me. We got dropped off in front of the most prestigious one I knew of and I requested, "A room for the two of us"

"3 days" I said handing him 5 coins. It was probably enough. We went up and I tied her hands before saying, "Wake me up if someone knocks" to Punchra.

I awoke again soon after to her voice. "Someone's at the door". I got up and opened it to be met with a boy even smaller than me. "Rumba said that the King got found" he said handing me a map presumably.

"Tommorow when the sun sets but they said to come together on a hill in front of the house". Why would they send a small kid to tell me something this important.

"Alright bye" I said shutting the door. I sat and opened the scroll up. It was a detailed map with a red circle round the King's Manor and the hill was also marked south of the gate. He was dumber than I'd thought, instead of running off to a neighbouring nation he decided to rest at a mansion just out of the capital. It'd probably take an hour on horse to arrive there so I'd depart at early morning just to be safe.

The next day arrived and as I'd planned I left early morning. I locked the door and window so Punchra wouldn't escape. I hadn't reserved a carriage this time and instead planned to rent out a horse because walking there would take me hours but a carriage would be too obvious. I arrived at the stables and asked, "Are there any horses available?"

"As in for a carriage or singularly?"

"Yes, for a day that's 3 coins and for 2 that's 6" said the man. He was clearly ripping me off but I was gonna be rich soon so fuck it.

"Alright, give me a strong one". He came back and we exchanged. I started my journey to Kingship.
