CHAPTER -28( When you pretend so perfectly,it feels so real that you also get deceived by yourself)
Evelina packed her stuffs. Some servants are placing these on the horse carriages. Jordan finally gave up on her. He must be sad.....
Evelina thought that she should meet Jordan and at least say a proper goodbye before her leaving the Palace. After all, he got realized that he's running after only an illusion. He didn't created any chaos like the previous times.
So Evelina went to the previous Prince Manor beside the Northern Pavilion.

In the Prince Manor:

Evelina stepped inside the Pavilion. But everything is strange here. Everyone is too much busy with a deep silent. Servants and physicians are running here and there.
Evelina keep walking.
She saw Federico running towards the Main chember. She followed him towards the Prince chember.
" Federico, make sure no one get to know about these. Sealed all the outsiders." Andreas shooted seeing Federico in front of the door.
" What's going on here, Andrew!!" Evelina asked with a curiosity.
Andreas looked at Evelina angrily.
" Why you're here. You better be go back to your chembar.... You're not needed here at all....." Andreas arrogantly replied.
" What the hell you guys are doing....here..... where's Jordan?" Evelina shouted at Andreas.
" God knows what you've told to my Lord this time..... That he has taken this type of serious step ... Listen to me Eve, if anything happens to my Lord... I won't spare your life either... " Andreas shouted back with the same energy.
" Move aside...." Evelina entered the chember pushing Andreas on the other side.
But after entering the chember Evelina got blackout with a sudden shock.
The floor is shaded red with blood. Maids are moping the floor silently with a fear. They all looked at Evelina.
Evelina saw Jordan laying on the bed unconsciously. His wrist is wrapping with bandages. A lot of physicians are checking over him.
Evelina kneel down on the floor...
" What happened here!!!!!!!!" Evelina looked at Andreas with gloomy eyes.
" I don't know what happened.... Lord was in a good mood today...but when I came here he has already cut his wrist and tried to suicide...." Andreas lowered his head.
" How's he now....." Evelina's voice started trembling.
" Can't say anything. I came late. A huge amount of blood got strained from his body.....and I'm damn sure the reason of his suicidal attempt is you...." Andreas said aggressively.
" ...." Evelina lost her words and brust into tears.
" I know you don't love him. But at least you can pretend in front of him instead of hurting him like this ... ..." Andreas shouted.
" I don't want to listen to your trashy words. Just get lost....." Evelina yelled while crying.
" Why should I go.... It's you who should go form here. So please leave. " Andreas yelled back.
" Will you guys please stop... Please focus on my Lord.... You two disturbing the physicians." Federico jumped between them.
Evelina and Andreas stopped their argument and looked at Jordan.
The treatment is going on for a long time. Evelina kept crying continuously. She felt like the most expensive thing of her life went into a risk of loosing....
After some hours.....
" My Grace, we've done with the treatments. He's too weak. Maybe he'll be alright by tomorrow morning. Every necessary medicines have been given . Now we just need to wait for his consciousness. Let's pray for his recovery to the almighty. " A physician explained.
Evelina sat beside the bed and looked at Jordan's hand. It's turned pale white as if there's not a single drop of blood remain in his veins. She didn't talk and stared at him quietly.
" Okay.... All the physicians can rest by the next room as everything is done. And let's wait for my Lord's awaking.. " Andreas ordered all of them.
The maids and physicians and the maids left the chember.
Federico went outside to handle the situation. At any cost he have to stop the leakage of this news to prevent any farther rumours. Or else the whole Empire can turned unstable.
" You're so cruel, Eve..." Andreas seated on a corner of the chember while throwing these words.
"He just permitted me to go back to the Ocean. I couldn't guess his true intension...I thought he gave up on me....Oh... it's all my fault..." Evelina said while weeping.
"So many things happened today....He was already in an emotional pressure and you added the last drama.... It's not totally your fault anyway...." Andreas frowned his eyebrows and said in a cold voice.
Evelina said nothing and keep staring at jordan with a lot of wave in her mind.
The night passed like this.
On a moment Andreas fell asleep on the couch. But Evelina couldn't sleep a little bit. A strange frustration surrounded her....she kept awakening the whole night sitting beside Jordan.
In the next morning, Jordan didn't wake up. Everyone became more tensed. Andreas started threatening the physicians out of overstress.
The day passed by....and the following days as well.

On the 3rd day:

Jordan finally opened his eyes and saw Evelina sitting beside him.
He tried to sat up but his weakness made him unable to straight his backbone.
" Did I servived or it's a heaven...." Jordan looked around saw Andreas sleeping on the corner.
He understood that he didn't die.
So he looked at Evelina with a confusion.
Evelina's eyes already turned red .
" Eve..... look. Don't take it seriously. You can go wherever you want. I won't try to suicide again. It's just I couldn't accept the reality. But now I'm totally alright. I'll accept everything. You can leave..." Jordan said in a trembling low voice.
Evelina said nothing and took a deep breath.
" You're too selfish.... You didn't even think about the nation..." Evelina looked at the window while talking.
" I know I'm. But from now on I'll only focus on our nation. I'm really sorry for my action..." Jordan lowered his head.
" Wanna hear a story?" Evelina ignored Jordan's talking and said something unusual.
Jordan astonishingly looked at Evelina.
" Let me tell you a story. A story about a little girl. She used to live in the ships with her family. Her father and mother was soldiers of high ranks. It was a happy family. But then a terrible war started. The little girl's whole family died. Her mother, father, siblings all of them became martyrs in that war. The girl became all alone at the age of 12. A General found the girl during the war. He sent her to the capital after finding out her royal ties . The girl reached the palace as the second Empress was her aunt. The Empress accept her with warmness. The girl again got a family. But something was incomplete. The new family was so unfamiliar. The Empress never noticed her or took care of her properly. She always remained busy fighting with other Empresses or breaking inner politics.The girl left all alone only with some servants or guards or a tag of the Empress's niece. She thought of running away from the Palace of stone. But then she found another unfortunate child like her. It was the Empress's own child. It was her little cousin. He was a 6 years old little boy who used to cry all the time. The Empress couldn't even give a little time to his own son. He was so alone and unfortunate. The girl felt pity on her little cousin. So she decided to stay. Then she became friends with him. He quickly agreed seeing someone around him. The Empress generally never permitted anyone to roam around her son because of security reason. But she permitted the girl as she was her own niece. The girl started looking after the little boy. She covered up the absence of the Empress in the little boy's life. Both of their lonely lives became normal and filled with joy and warmness. The little boy started smiling. They built a strong bond between them. The girl got a little kid to share her loneliness. And the little boy got someone to depend on. They spent almost 4 years together in a beautiful and safe world. But then the girl had to leave the palace as she started missing the ocean.The Empress ordered her to built up her career. So she decided to join the army like her parents. The Empress became very happy as she got to know about this. Then she promptly sent the girl to the soldiers' Barak without wasting any time. The little girl couldn't refuse her aunt. Though the girl wanted to be like her father. But she didn't want to leave the little boy. He was like a part of her body. But she had to make her heart cold and she silently left the Palace without saying goodbye to the little boy. She thought after becoming a worthy soldier, she'll return back and meet with the boy. But she couldn't return as she had grown attached with the ocean and with a special person as well...And when she finally returned all her ties with that little boy already faded away and even the boy forgot her..." Evelina stopped telling the story and looked at Jordan with a smile.
Then jordan also smile and started completing the rest of the story,
" Time passed. The girl didn't returned. But the little boy keep waiting for his goddess alone in the Palace. Everything was so unbearable. But the boy didn't loose hope and keep waiting with patience. After waiting a couple of years....the time finally came when the girls finished her training. The little boy thought that the girls would return maybe. But the girl still didn't returned. But Andreas came to the palace instead of her. The little boy got to know that the girl went to the battlefield... He lost all his hope. Time again started passing....
The little boy's life totally changed with some unexpected incident.His world became so smaller and darker. He started missing the girl too much. She was needed the most that time. But the girl vanished away from his life. At a time he totally tried to forget about his goddess. He never remembered that girl ever again in his life and engraved her memories deep inside his heart.....
But then after a long time, the girl suddenly appeared in his life out of nowhere. He wasn't in need of that girl anymore. He was about to move on from her dependence. But the girl again rebuilt those ties...this time the ties were more stronger and different and special... But again she left him in the hell giving him a little experience of heaven. Do you remember when you left me five years ago.....I know that I WAS THE LITTLE BOY in your story.... Isn't it?" Jordan looked at Evelina and asked.
" Jordan..... You still remember???!!!!??? How's this possible... " Evelina asked with a shocked.
" At first I pretended to forget. But I couldn't forget a little bit of it.....and then, for the 2nd time you made me experience the same incident by leaving me alone. Everything became more visual in my mind..... I was in a extreme pain . I tried to move on and forget you as your absence was unbearable. I thought you're just my wife and the person I love. So what if you left me. I'll love someone else. I'll be happy again..... But after trying at the hardest point, I couldn't get over you. My mind totally absorbed in your thought. Then I tried to found out the reason of my attachment towards you. After thinking somedays, I got realized why you always felt so comfortable and familiar. Not like others. I always felt safe around you.... And since then my stupid obsession turned into a pure love and my love turned into my passion or even my goal of life. "Jordan said with a regret.
" Jordan... " Evelina cried.
" I'm sorry Eve. For making you forcefully stayed here. You're free.... You can leave. I can't force you loving me after all." Jordan smiled.
" Who told you I don't love you. I've always loved you. It was you who took my love in a wrong way. Now I won't leave you anymore..... I'm not going anywhere... you're the most valuable thing of my life... I can't even think of loosing you, stupid boy." Evelina hugged Jordan tightly.
Jordan also cried and hugged her.
" Then never left me again..."
" Never ..... ever..... This time I'll sincerely try to love you in the same way you love me. It won't be just an affection.....but you have to promise me that you'll never try to do this type of stupidity ever again in the future. "
" I promised, I won't even think of suicide again. And always try to stay on a rightous way." Jordan made an outh.
Then Evelina kissed on Jordan's lips.
" Did you guys patch up ?" Andreas woke up and asked with a satisfaction.
He has been staying in this chembar for the past 3 days... Every morning the sun was so gloomy and dim. But today morning, he doesn't need any light from the sun.
His sun is already smiling and spreading rays all around the chembar.
Andreas took a breath of relief watching Jordan in a good condition.

A Weeks Later:

Nowadays Jordan always stay in a good mood. He has totally recovered. Everything is restraining. Evelina returned to him totally. Though he never thought Evelina will love him back. But she seems to try it on her won even with eagerness.
Now he can finally focused on the cavalry. The selected army already started their journey a month ago. They're just monitoring and controlling over the activities of all the platoons staying in the Palace . Everything is working well..Evelina helped him a lot in this matter. Jordan was right. Most of the kingdoms has surrendered without any battles. As a result, only a few wars broke out. Soon all the kingdoms will surrender to them.
Jordan is too much happy. Andreas is satisfied after seeing Jordan's changes.
Evelina and Jordan's relationship is improving day by day. And Jordan is trying to deepen it more. He's behaving well . Evelina seems to be pleased with Jordan's caring personality.
Evelina also started loving him. Even though she has always loved him. But this time, the love is different. She's trying to love him in the same way as a wife loves her husband.

In the Royal Manor:

Jordan is preparing some documents sitting in his study.
Evelina entered the chember.
Jordan looked at Evelina and smiled. Then he grasped her hand and dragged closer.
Evelina sat on his lap.
"Where have you been, my sweetie?" Jordan wishpered in her ears.
"I was with Andreas and I'm here to give you a good news." Evelina smiled.
"And what is that?"
"Well....7 kingdoms surrendered already."
"Really ....."
"Yeah but 3 kingdom didn't surrender and they want to have a battle. But don't worry we'll win for sure. It'll be a little war. But I guess people will suffer."
"I will ordered them to treat common people well. Now you're happy." Jordan said attaching his lips with Evelina's ears.
"Hmm." Evelina kiss on a corner of his face.
"So we got a good news. Now tell me what you want?" Jordan asked.
"Nothing much. Just wanna go outside the Palace. This palace is a big one. But I can't stand anymore. I'm suffocating." Evelina wrapped his shoulder.
"No dear, it's not possible. I can't let you go outside. You can asked for anything else but not this. Besides I'm too busy to take you outside..." Jordan said
"But I want to go outside.. please.." Evelina burried her face on Jordan's chest.
"Okh okay....how about this...my 23th birthday is coming up. Wanna go with me for hunting in the forest. We'll celebrate it there."Jordan smiled.
"Really....sure...why not.... I'll go with you. Let me watch over Daniel.... I'll take my leave." Evelina stood up and run away.
"Hay....stay here a little more time." Jordan said but Evelina has already gone.
He smiled then focused on his paperworks again.

Evelina went to Martha's pavilion. She asked a maid about Prince Daniel. But Daniel went outside with Federico. So she decided to meet with Martha.
When Evelina entered in Martha's chember she saw Martha is crying boundlessly.
"What happened Martha...why you're crying....is Everything alright?" Evelina asked her.
Martha wiped her tears.
" Eve... I can't live like this anymore. I can't live without my love. I would rather die."Martha cried again.
"What!! Doesn't Jordan love you?"
"He never loved me...He always loved you. ONLY YOU. I can't force him to love me anyway." Martha said while sobbing.
"But he cared for you. Yes he love me ...but he also care you. You're his Empress. He always tried to fulfill his duty towards you.If it's not , then how you got Daniel?" Evelina smiled taking her words lightly.
"He can't even remember my name properly...or he never noticed me....and about Daniel....he never treat me like that.He never fulfill any of his duties towards me. I was the one who always got manipulated with his sweet words only. I was an outsider always. He just needed a son that time so I ...." Martha cried.
"What!!"
"Yes, Everything he did just to get you back. I'm not complaining. I also like you. But all the time he spends only with you. All the nights he gave you. At least he can give me some hours.. I can't tolerate this distance anymore...but he never...." Martha growled.
"You don't worry.... I'll talk with Jordan. He can't do this to you. Everything will be fine.... don't cry over it. He can't just discriminate like this...!!...." Evelina stood up and left the chember.

Evelina is walking towards Jordan's chember. But he's not there. So Evelina went to find him to the INNER COURT.
The whole Court was empty. Jordan was talking with Andreas. Suddenly Federico entered there.
"Federico you come back so soon. Where's Daniel?" Jordan asked.
"I droped him in the Harem. But I'm here to give you an important information, my Lord." Federico bowed.
"Say hurry up." Andreas got tensed.
"I think we've got into a problem... Do you remember the ex Regent who run away. We've found him. He's hiding himself in our Royal Army's base-camp." Federico said nervously.
"Holy shit.....how he entered in the CAPITAL.AND EVEN DARED TO TAKE SHELTER IN MY BASECAMP WHEN HE CLEARLY KNOWS THAT WE'RE SEARCHING FOR HIM...he knows our secret. We have to catch him as soon as possible. If he reached in Palace then everyone will get to know the truth." Jordan said.
"I've told you earlier. Why you did this." Andreas said.
"Whatever.....If Evelina got to know, she will get furious. I can't loose her this time. I don't know what will I do if she left me this time also..." Jordan shouted out of fear.
"We need to take actions." Andreas said.
"Yeah...you two go and march towards the army camp. And killed him as soon as possible. I'll be there afterwards. Don't take any risk. Gather a lot of soldiers and hurry up. You must find him." Jordan ordered.
Both of them left the Court. Jordan bit his lips. His hands are shaking continuously.
But Evelina was standing in front of the Inner Court.Listening to their suspicious discussion she hid herself behind the wall.
But she heard everything they're discussing.She becomes curious.
"What the hell on earth they're doing this time!?" Evelina silently left from there.

Evelina returned in her chember. And put on a soldier's uniform. She decided to went to the Royal army camp secretly and find out what's actually going on by herself.
This time she doesn't want to hurt Jordan no matter what happen . But it's important to Know what's going on there.
She knew the ex Regent very well. They've met many times. It won't be difficult to find him. But for this she have to flade away.
It's not that hard for her to go outside of the palace. All these time she just didn't tried to escape. Now it's situation's demand.
Evelina is totally looking like a soldier. No one will recognize her. She left with the platoons disguising herself as one of the soldiers that Andreas and Federico gather for heading to the army camp.
Soon they reached there. Evelina left the soldiers behind. And went to find the ex Regent before Andreas and Federico.
She at first went to the Barak. This is the most suitable place for someone to hide as a soldier. May be the ex Regent also did the same.
Evelina groam around the Barak and checked through the soldiers. She came across the soilders tents.
Suddenly someone suppressed her mouth and dragged her behind the wall.
