It's been exactly ninety-six hours or four days since I rested inside the egg to heal myself. The system literally meant what it said when it said my body will take 4 days to heal. Just a minute ago I couldn't move or feel my body at all. But now everything is fine as if nothing happened to me. not even a speck of injury or wound can be seen on my body.

It must be the miraculous powers of the Supremacy System, as it calls itself.

Even the claws I lost have now regenerated and look as good as new—if not better!

First of all, I need to find food. Four days without a drop of water in my stomach are making me crazy, I cannot go on like this any longer.

Of course, there is a large amount of food just right next to me but it is unedible'

It was quite disappointing if you ask, but I had no choice since the system deemed it to be unconsumable. There's no need to risk it by trying. I have learned that even though there isn't anyone I can trust right now, the system is one I can. Trust it because all this time it has worked to benefit me, although sometimes it can be a pain.

I made up my mind to go hunting monsters, but not any monsters though. I will look for the stronger monsters that will benefit me. After all, I want to make every possible use of the gluttony skill to become stronger.

I climbed down to the floor of the dungeon using the walls as my steps, with my increased stats, I no longer needed to waste time using my hands to stick to the wall.

Activating stealth, I roam through the dungeon in search of prey.

How long had it been since I started walking?

The dungeon was full of small monsters that made up this ecosystem. However, I didn't even bother trying to hunt them. I killed one by creeping up on it using stealth and finishing it in one blow using amplify.

Just to feed my hunger for the time being. It was such a weak creature that I didn't even think I was this weak when I first came here.

I carried on hunting them since they were easy prey, but they were so weak that it wasn't worth dealing with them. I need to fight stronger monsters to get more experience to level up and improve my own combat abilities.

After a while, I stumbled upon a strange portal-like thing, kind of like the ones seen in movies. Every day I end up finding something new. This new world is definitely making the adventurer inside me excited.

I finally have a quest now. I was sure there was none of that stuff before, but this system does have a quest system. I guess it needs certain criteria to be activated.

All the better for me, I was going to hunt a stronger monster today, and orcs don't sound too bad. Above that, I get an extra reward for it.

I already made up my mind to clear this mini-dungeon when I stumbled upon it, and the system decided to give me a reward for it.

Killing two birds with one stone, as they call it.

As I stepped inside, a strange sense of feeling surrounded me. It was as if I had come to a whole different world. However, all I could see was a bright light, and even if I closed my eyes, the bright glow permeated my mind.

Passing through such an unpleasant way, I stepped into the dungeon.

The first thing I noticed was the sound of water flowing, which was a great sight to see. All I had in the form of liquid was the blood of monsters; urgh, it makes me want to puke every time.

If I had something to carry the water back, then I would definitely do so. The air was completely different than before, I followed the stream as I saw the dense forest in front of me. What stood out were the blood-coloured leaves of the trees.

I stayed alert and moved slowly. The wind blew, causing the branches to sway, and I moved from tree to tree, shade to shade, trying my best to hide my presence. But it still sensed me anyway.

"Growl!"

The monster crossed the distance between us in an instant as it struck towards me with an ax.

Swish!

The tree cut in half, I dodged to the side as I used amplify and enhanced at the same time as poison covered my claws and thrust towards his head as the axe that was aiming at me had just been drawn up.

I was surprised by the damage I put out. My attack figures weren't even close to that number. This is the power I pack after stacking enhance and amplify? If that is so then I should learn to attack more on weak points. It was killed in an instant. My claws penetrated its thick skull like cutting through tofu. Blood splattered in all directions.

Thud.

Its heavy, muscular body, seemed threatening in every way with its red-coloured skin and size reaching twice as big as I collapsed, colliding with the ground.

"Nice!'

I looked down at my hands covered with blood, I was excited by the newfound strength I gained. It was all worth it.

Time to see how gluttony works.

It had higher health and attack than me, does that mean I'll take both the stats as mine? No other way to find out.

The moment I activated it I could see a blue substance coming out from the Orc's body, not touchable but it was still there. The moment I came into contact with it I couldn't help but let out a groan.

"…huh''

It was a sense similar to something penetrating my skin. It made its way into my body as I feel more strength in my hands, legs and finally my whole body. It was an unfamiliar type of feeling which slowly turned into a familiar, pleasant and lastly addicting.

So it's like this. Only the highest stat will be absorbed and the thing which went inside my body is called Aura.

Is this the power of an Epic ranked skill? Not only did it boost my stats by a huge amount from a single fight, but it also gave me a new special stat.

I couldn't stop the ends of my mouth from rising. I can get used to this.

The evil laugh doesn't really suit me.

I could go deeper. There was only one orc here, which might be because it is just the outermost area of the dungeon.

Strength! I desired it more now than ever, it felt really nice to have the feeling of power running through my blood. I feel unstoppable.

Yep, stop! Calm down. There's no need to do this again, the last time I did it, I nearly died. Yep, calm down, anything can kill me.

"Whew," I get carried away very easily. Might have to fix this sooner or later, or else it won't be long until I find myself at death's door.

With these thoughts in mind, I ventured deeper into the forest.

The deeper I entered, the more it left me confused. It felt like there was no end to this forest. However, I didn't worry about anything concerning me being lost out here. My human instincts tell me that as long as I follow the stream, I will reach what I am after.

As I walked in this manner, the forest started opening up as a huge hut-like structure that can be seen from some distance away. I began to see Orcs roaming in groups. I did not even try to hide this time since the Orcs for some reason can sense me anyway.

I need to separate them somehow, too many of them are still beyond my means to fight. Even though I have gotten stronger in many areas I haven't gained too much experience in fighting itself.

I am strong in my skills and body but I still need the experience to fight groups of monsters, here in this case Orcs.

I do have a plan in mind, although I am not confident in fighting them all I am confident I could aggro them and lead them inside the dense forest.

Having decided on a course of action I ran towards a group of Orc instantly catching their eyes as they charged towards me.

Activating stealth I escaped and head inside the forest again, I can easily outrun them and the reason why I used stealth was I did not know of it before but stealth increases my speed.

Luckily for me, they followed.
