The ordinary world is not what it seems.
Many strange events unfold in the background but go unnoticed by the masses or are covered up.
A supernatural world exists along with the natural world which can only be seen by those called Balancers.
Spirits and Evil Spirits exist along with Balancers who possess unique powers to see and fight them.
Among the many ordinary humans, a girl undergoes a lot of suffering and experiences a prophetic vision.
It grants her knowledge of the hidden world and of some future events.
The girl loses almost everything she has and then takes the steps needed to become a Balance Breaker.
Her past identity has to be abandoned for the sake of survival so she renamed herself Ash.
Ash gains the powers of a Skin-Walker and begins living in such a world taking on the appearances of others, experiencing their lives and living under the mask of another person.

Breaker: From A Nobody To A Villainess

If Ash had to choose a weapon to use in her present state then it would need to be something that could be used to defend herself and reduce the damage taken.

The very idea of carrying around a shield in broad daylight seemed to be a very silly idea that would gain far too much attention.

It was the same for any other sharp or pointy weapon.

Anything too big to be concealed could not be taken out with her otherwise she would be reported by others for just carrying them around.

She did not even need to use them to have the police called to come and detain her.

Ash could not carry around big oversized bags that were too suspicious-looking and she could gain similar unwanted attention by doing so.

Some Balancers had their methods of transporting their weapons or tools to the locations where they would use them while others could make sure that they would arrive for their usage but Ash could not rely on such things.
