The ordinary world is not what it seems.
Many strange events unfold in the background but go unnoticed by the masses or are covered up.
A supernatural world exists along with the natural world which can only be seen by those called Balancers.
Spirits and Evil Spirits exist along with Balancers who possess unique powers to see and fight them.
Among the many ordinary humans, a girl undergoes a lot of suffering and experiences a prophetic vision.
It grants her knowledge of the hidden world and of some future events.
The girl loses almost everything she has and then takes the steps needed to become a Balance Breaker.
Her past identity has to be abandoned for the sake of survival so she renamed herself Ash.
Ash gains the powers of a Skin-Walker and begins living in such a world taking on the appearances of others, experiencing their lives and living under the mask of another person.

Breaker: From A Nobody To A Villainess

Those behind hurried their footsteps and chased behind trying to catch those who ran ahead.

Those ahead kept laughing and taunting those behind as they moved around the main building around the side before reaching the back where they came to a halt.

The laughter came to a grinding halt along with their footsteps as they tried to make out the sight that was before their very eyes.

The scene around them was not too clear in the darkness but there was a faint light coming down from the moon hanging over them in the sky.

The moonlight shone down with just enough brightness to illuminate the surrounding ground behind the factory building which allowed them to make out some things that were around them.

It was not too clear as they looked toward some areas so everything looked like nothing out of the ordinary but there was a strange stench in the air.
