The ordinary world is not what it seems.
Many strange events unfold in the background but go unnoticed by the masses or are covered up.
A supernatural world exists along with the natural world which can only be seen by those called Balancers.
Spirits and Evil Spirits exist along with Balancers who possess unique powers to see and fight them.
Among the many ordinary humans, a girl undergoes a lot of suffering and experiences a prophetic vision.
It grants her knowledge of the hidden world and of some future events.
The girl loses almost everything she has and then takes the steps needed to become a Balance Breaker.
Her past identity has to be abandoned for the sake of survival so she renamed herself Ash.
Ash gains the powers of a Skin-Walker and begins living in such a world taking on the appearances of others, experiencing their lives and living under the mask of another person.

Both of them were as professional as they came when it came to handling certain affairs.

Although they could not be considered good people, they knew how to control themselves and acted in a manner that befitted their status and position.

There were various conditions that she had to follow no matter what if she was to be able to join the fights.

The first among them was that she could not wear too many layers of clothes so that things could not be concealed from her.

The second among them was that she could not bring along any electrical devices.

The third among them was that she needed to arrive on time to be picked up otherwise she would miss out on the chance to be taken there.

The fourth among them was that she had to accept a quick inspection whether it was turning out her pockets and pulling up some parts of her clothes to show that she was not trying to conceal anything that was not allowed to be brought with her.
