"You're right, but try not to expose yourself too much longer. The Disciples of Ice Heart Valley seem to be struggling to look over here." Yang Kai said, before waving me off. "Remember, don't use the Star Boundary's power while I do this." He called out after me. "Damn he really is much faster than before. Oh well, time to take care of this. Fortunately I know this won't cause me any lasting damage. And my beautiful wives will comfort and nurse me back to health. Of course I'll have to make sure to thank them properly." He thought with a calm smirk stretching across his face.
~~Side Lines~~
"Congratulations son, your gamble was successful. How are you feeling right now? Are you alright?" Su Yan asked, with a motherly smile.
"I'm fine Mother, thank you for asking. Though, I could benefit from going to the frozen north for a bit. Performing a feat of that degree… I'm still quite hot. If there weren't any women here, I'd have already stripped bare to help cool myself down." I sighed, my breath clearly displaying just how hot I was. Even my skin was a blazing red.
"Perhaps this will help." Su Yan and Ji Yao said, raising a palm and commanded Ice Principles to freeze me solid.
The ice that should have frozen a 5th rank open heaven solid for at least several days, thawed instantly. And then I rotated my shoulders, and cracked my neck. "Ah, yeah that is better, I can manage it from here. But I'll need to change first." I said, and disappeared into a portal to my small realm.
"Wow, he really does have his own small realm." Yu Ru Meng commented. "I thought he was just joking. But this proves it." She sighed.
While I was inside my small realm, re-outfitting myself. Outside there was a bit of a commotion going on with a few of the Dao Seal Realm Disciples of Ice Heart Valley. And of course there were a few other particular individuals watching on with eager looks in their eyes. However, Bing Yun and An Ruo Yun noticed that Zi Yu had that hyper blushed look on her face. Indicative of only one thing.
"Zi Yu, I know it might be improper, but he didn't show too much. And he at least showed some restraint by keeping the important parts concealed. So why are you so flustered?" An Ruo Yun asked, with a smirk.
"Master, I… I think I… I can't explain it. But, my heart feels light. And I can't stop thinking… Ah!" Zi Yu said, flustered like a young woman that had fallen in love.
"Well as fortune would have it my Ice Heart Valley has a disciple that has fallen in love with Leiji." Bing Yun said, smirking with a mild suggestive look. "Though, Su Yan, what did my grandson do to get those tattoos?" She asked, crossing an arm across herself supporting her other arm by the elbow.
"Honored Master, My Son was born with the True Lightning Divine Body. However, it changed as he grew. And now he has obtained one with the Dao Divine Body. Those tattoos are the markings of the Dao." Su Yan explained with cupped hands.
"Hmm, I was curious about them because they were moving. And even different colors. A Pale yet powerful blue, a deep and regal purple, and a brilliant shining gold." Bing Yung commented, turning to deep thought. "Su Yan, would you mind if I sent Zi Yu over to High Heaven Palace as a representative? I think it will provide the next generation the chance to form friendly connections." She said, with a hinting look.
"Even if Honored Master doesn't say such things I would have asked for my junior Disciples' sake." Su Yan giggled, covering her mouth with a gentle hand. "Though, I should inform you that the son is not too far off of the father when it comes to women. Currently, my son has 6 young ladies sharing him." She explained, wanting to bring it up. "I don't mean to be discouraging towards any young ladies. But it's best if you go into your pursuit knowing you won't be the only one." She further elaborated.
"I… I see, so that's how it is. Still though, he isn't even 60 yet and already has 6 women by his side. I guess he really is just that incredible. Even if it does sound scummy." An Ruo Yun said, letting out a half sigh. "Zi Yu are you…" She started, about to comfort her disciple.
"Master, I'd like to accept being a representative." Zi Yu said, unbothered by Su Yan's explanations.
"I, see. Then once we return we will talk about it further and then settle the matter." An Ruo Yun sighed, understanding the resolve behind her disciple's eyes.
"That's the proper way to see my husband!" Huo Lei said, crossing her arms, nodding her head and beating her tails back and forth. "His power is immense and so is his love. He isn't scummy in any way. Rather the opposite. He is the best man a woman could hope to find in this world." She added, with a confident and praising tone.
"Hmm, it seems that he treats his women with the care they deserve. He must really love them." Bing Yun noted with a half icy and half pleased giggle.
"Grandmother-in-law, is right. My husband even made us these earrings and necklace out of his own scales. So we would never be without him even when he left for battle. The only gripe one could have right now is that he isn't giving my sisters nor I a child yet. But, we forced him to acquiesce and give us some reassurance. So there isn't any right to complain about that anymore." Xiu Che said, gently touching her blue dragon scale earrings, smiling, and placing her other hand on the necklace.
"I see. Well, that is quite riveting. But It seems like Yang Kai is about to take out the City. Is Leiji going to return soon…" Bing Yun asked.
I came out of a portal. "That took a bit, forgive me. A few changes of clothing burned up upon touching me. So I had to use one of my special ones." I chuckled and flew over to my wives.
