Olivia came to an empty hallway across from the executive ward. After making sure that no one was around, she took him in his arms again and mumbled, “I miss you so much.”
She closed her eyes and inhaled his familiar rosemary scent. “I am sorry I yelled at you that day.”
Vincent laughed and put his arms around her. “You don’t have to apologize. I shouted at you too."
He released her and lifted her chin with his finger, making her look at him. “I want you to be careful. I'm not saying stop partying with your friends. When you go to the pubs, keep your eyes open. Stay in the group. Don’t wander around alone. Have I made myself clear?"
Olivia kept looking into his eyes, flashing a sweet smile. There was so much concern in his gaze. Natalia was right. Vincent wouldn't have cared about her the way he did if he didn't love her. That was his way of expressing his affection. Olivia’s stomach fluttered as this notion came to her mind.
