“Are you going out with Samuel?” Vincent asked.


Natalia’s eyes softened as she realized his concern. He must be jealous. She smiled and asked, “Are you jealous?”


Vincent grimaced and looked aside, releasing her. He looked back at her and hissed, “I am serious. You can’t trust that man. It is dangerous to be with him.”


“Vincent…” She squeezed his arms, her eyes dimmed with worry. “What makes you think that Samuel is dangerous? He just wants to take me and Jonathan shopping. And I agreed to go because I want to tell him about us. I am going to tell him that I can’t engage with him.”


Her lips curled up into a smile as she put her hand on his face, “Because I love someone, and I am planning to start my life with that special one.” She smiled and added, “And that special one is you.”


Vincent took her in his arms and murmured, “Don’t go with Samuel. I don’t feel safe.”


Natalia rubbed his chest and persuaded, “I need to talk to him. For us…”
