Chapter 49 Man should Pay

Noe only slowed down her pace after running far away from the villa.

'Evan' was too dangerous. She must try to stay as far away from him as possible.

The moment she thought about this, a car stopped next to her. She turned her head reflexively and saw Theo winding down the car window.

Their gaze met. Noe was stunned momentarily. Her eyes quickly darted away from his and she started sprinting off again at an even faster pace.

Theo stepped on the accelerator and caught up to her. He kept the car closely beside her. "Get in," he said in a commanding tone.

"It's okay," Noe turned her head and replied. Then, she continued walking.

Only then did Theo realize that Noe was trying to draw the line with him.

As Noe was walking, she sensed that his car had stopped following her. She paused for a moment and couldn't help looking back.

To her surprise, Theo had gotten out of the car and was walking toward her. The aggressive look on his face was intimidating.
