It's been two days since that incident with Alex happened. He has been avoiding me ever since. I have tried to start a conversation with him but he simply ignores me.
He even sleeps on the couch in the living room. I tried hugging him tight and he stayed in my arms but didn't utter a word and the moment I loosened my grip, he simply left.
"You're still thinking about him?", Nadia asks, sitting opposite to me at the table in the cafe.
I let out a sigh, "I don't like the silent treatment I'm receiving... I didn't want to offend him... It all just went wrong... I do love him..."
"Claire...", my friend reaches out and holds my hand, giving it a squeeze, "He knows that. It's very much clear but he... he is losing his mind because he hasn't marked you still. His wolf is probably going crazy in his head which is making him possessive and insecure."
I frown at her words, "I don't want him to feel that way either..."
