Emiera's one-sided battle.

Stepping into the stage, emiera took off her shoes, standing  barefooted with both legs wide apart.

Her hands were spread out sideways, with her eyes closed while her opponent  took a battle  stance.

The moment the sound was made signalling the start of the march, a massive power outburst came forth from emiera, sending her opponent flying backwards at the same time, also shaking the  entire arena stage.

Without opening her eyes, she moved her hands toward the direction of her opponent. A barrage of attacks that was invisible to the naked eyes was hauled towards her opponent.

  Sensing the attack, the pale skinned girl erected an energy wall as a last-minute defence attempt. None of the participants could see the attack, except for elena. This was possible with the help of Dracula's system.

Without giving her opponent the time to make a comeback, Emiera began to spin around,generating  strong winds as she continued to spun in a circle. 

The faster she spun the greater the wind power generated, in just a few seconds she had created a massive tornado, hauling it forward she sent the tornado towards her opponent,  who at this point was erecting walls upon walls of vampire energy to defend her self.

When the tornado came in contact with the walls, it broke them down one after the other, as if the walls were paper.after breaking the walls with great speed, it continued  forward trapping the pale skinned girl within itself.  Without stopping, it  kept slamming her into the invisible barrier.

Seeing how brutal Emiera was, everyone was stunned . Her opponent had only tried to defend herself, which also ended in failure. So far, it has been a one-sided battle.

After slamming the girl into the barrier for more than 2 minutes, the stage floor began to slit open, and cracking sounds could be heard. Emiera finally broke her opponent through the barrier, as if that wasn't enough, the tornado continued forward,  sweeping clean everything on it path.

At this point, the participants began to clear the area,no one wanted to be caught up in this one-sided battle.

The tornado cleared out an entire roll before coming to an end. By the end of the tornado attack, the pale skinned vampire girl could be seen, nailed to the arena walls in the far end, with what seemed to be vampire energy mixed with wind that was revolving with a great speed.

Her entire body was filled with various marks and injuries, which was beginning to heal.

Emiera made her way back to Elena, with a smug smile on her face. " I told you I plan to win." How did I do?

Speechless, Elena was Speechless for the first time, when she had asked her not to loose, she wasn't expecting Emiera to do something as crazy as this,to  the point were she would destroy not just the arena stage but the spectators area too.

"Hnm, you did amazingly weĺl." Elena said.

"She didn't even get the chance to show us her skills and strength." But well done.

With a bright smile on her face ,emiera sat back at her previous seat beside Elena.

The instructor Ray issued an hour break so the arena could be fixed, and everything else would be put back in place.

Elena and Emiera both used this opportunity to go check up on Lydia, who was still with the healers.

Getting there, they found Lydia lying on a bed. Although there were no longer any visible injuries on her body, she looked a little bit weak.

Sitting by her bedside, they both voiced out the same time, "What happened to you back in the arena?"

For a quick moment, Elena noticed an expression of sadness missed with anger on Lydia's face, but the next moment, it was gone.

"Nothing happened." I lost the match,that's all.  Lydia was acting weird as she voiced this out.

Elena didn't fail to  notice the panic on Lydia's voice and face when she answered them, this just gave her more reasons to find out what really happened later on.

Is she okay? She asked Emiera as soon as they stepped out of the healing room.  Emiera hesitated before responding, looking sideways as if to see if there was anyone around.

Lydia's opponent is the combat instructor's  daughter. That's why he did nothing even after Lydia passed out. Moreover, the instructor is Lydia's uncle. They don't get along so well. Things are quite complicated. "I see!. Elena said with an expressionless face.

They both heard back into the arena. Various participants were called into the arena stage to fight, but Elena wasn't interested in any of their matches.

She couldn't help but think about Lydia and the combat instructor. Does being the child of the instructor mean automatic approval to do whatever you like without any consequences? She wondered.

After a while, she heard her name being called out by the instructor as one of the participants going up next. looking ahead, she could see her opponent already on stage, flexing his muscles and showing off his skills already.

Shaking her head, she muttered to herself, "Shameless, just Shameless, another idiot."

Emiera  giggled before saying, " Don't forget to kick his ass.

Without responding, Elena moved forward, with an uninterested look on her face.

Looking closely, she realised she had seen the boy before. He was the same person who had the fire ability, back in the goblin village.

Perfect, she thought to herself. She was just an ordinary vampire, going up against someone in the mage Rank,who could use fire ability.

"Focus, it would be a shame if we loosed to this weakling, I didn't come back a second time to be humiliated by a mere weakling," dracula said.

" If he is a weakling, then what am I? He's obviously stronger than I am." She said with an irritated tone.

" yes he is stronger, but you have to use your head, bonding with the "Claymore" means you can use its power at will even without wielding the sword, that was why I told you to make use of the system more." His voice came out like someone who was disappointed at Elena's lack of knowledge.

Knowing this wasn't the time to be having a verbal battle with Dracula, she quickly called out to the system, giving out various instructions, finally she saw it, dracula was right, if she had paid more attention, and used the system often she could have seen it too. She had the option of borrowing "Claymore's" skills whenever she wanted to.

This means she could deal 10% more damage to her opponents with every hit. She could also absorb and bypass every ability used against her in battle.

This was the perfect counter measures against ability users. For once, she was grateful to dracula.
