Following a miserable, wretched life and a tragic, untimely death, the protagonist finds himself reincarnated as a baby in a different world to the one he was in before. In this world, there are people with special powers, known as Alters.

Determined to avoid going through the strife and hardship of his previous life, the protagonist decides to keep his powers hidden and strive to live a peaceful life in this new world. 

But it doesn't last long, his peaceful life is shattered and he gets thrust into the cruel reality of this world, a world wracked with prejudice and conflict. And it soon becomes apparent to him, that any peace he had hoped to find in this world, he would have to fight for...

"Ah, you must be Ariodred Phoenix, young man. We of the Vizero Clan welcome you as a guest!"

"Uh, thank you...I really appreciate the hospitality, sir, and I'm grateful that you've allowed me to hide out here," I replied awkwardly.

It was about an hour later, and I was in the mansion above the large basement where Eland lives, meeting the owners. And it's nerve-wracking as hell...they all look so intimidating, I feel like I'm on a knife's edge right now.

The Vizero Crime Syndicate, or more publicly known as the Vizero Clan, are a large, influential family in Cahgo. They basically run the underworld, both Eland and Finn have strong connections to them.

I suppose that's stating the obvious with the former, since Eland literally lives in their basement. And since Finn is his protégé, it makes sense that he's affiliated with them too.
