Following a miserable, wretched life and a tragic, untimely death, the protagonist finds himself reincarnated as a baby in a different world to the one he was in before. In this world, there are people with special powers, known as Alters.

"Okay, I'm finally done. That turned out to be quite productive," Remarked Riley as the door opened and she stepped out, the sound of anguished whimpers echoing out from inside the room before she shut the door, drowning out the sound.

About an hour had passed since she showed up and took over the interrogation, and after she started getting him to talk, she asked us to wait outside. According to Kesix, she likes to interrogate while no one else is watching. The room is soundproofed, so once we were outside, we couldn't hear any noise from inside the room.

Looking at all the blood splatter on her fists and clothes, she must have really unleashed onto that guy mercilessly...maybe she's self-conscious about letting people see her get riled up while she's in the middle of interrogating and torturing a person?
