Chapter 169 - Homecoming(Part 2)

"Ugh, I'm so tired," I yawned, as I took a seat on top of a tall pile of corpses I'd set up in the middle of the road and took out my phone, raising it up to take a selfie.

As I put up a peace sign and snapped the picture, I glanced back as a gunshot echoed out and a bullet narrowly missed the top of my head, brushing through my hair and severing a few strands.

"Y-you damned monster...I'll kill you!" Exclaimed a woman in fear and anger, trembling as she aimed a handgun at me, firing out another bullet.

I batted the bullet away with a springy sheet of blood, before rapidly extending a whip of blood at her, shooting towards her and closing in before she could fire again, wrapping around her neck and lifting her up into the air.

"You people brought this on yourselves. In your next life, be better," I remarked dryly, before rapidly swinging her down towards the ground.
