Following a miserable, wretched life and a tragic, untimely death, the protagonist finds himself reincarnated as a baby in a different world to the one he was in before. In this world, there are people with special powers, known as Alters.

But it doesn't last long, his peaceful life is shattered and he gets thrust into the cruel reality of this world, a world wracked with prejudice and conflict. And it soon becomes apparent to him, that any peace he had hoped to find in this world, he would have to fight for...

Black Blood - The Alter World

I've been flying around the area within a one kilometer radius for over two full hours now, and I've seen no sign of him whatsoever. Feel like I'm looking for a needle in a haystack. Come on, he's gotta be around here somewhere, but where?

This is bad, it won't be much longer before Unity shows up here, they're probably already on their way and should be here any minute now. I'd prefer that they don't find out that I'm here if at all possible, I have no idea how they'll react if they do.

They might potentially try to arrest me or something, and while I highly doubt that they're capable of successfully incapacitating me at my current level, I'd rather not have to fight them.

To avoid that, I need to find Karagan as soon as possible...but that's turning out to be a hell of a lot more easier said than done. I've searched all the alleys and streets, but there's just no trace of him.
