Chapter 25

At FFB's dorm, Dae-Seong's rushed feet walked fast toward Do-Yun, who was just coming out of his room and casually drying his hair. Dae-Seong grabbed his hand, which was rubbing his hair to dry, and he pulled into Do-Yun's room and shut the door before Do-Yun's eyes fully looked at him. Dae-Hyun came out of his room, and his gaze fell on Do-Yun's room as Dae-Seong shut the door. "Who is she? How did you track her phone? And what's your relationship with her?" Dae-Seong asked questions one by one, vigorously digging up his assertion. Do-Yun's eyes roamed here and there while listening to him. "Tell me, Do-Yun!" he shouted. Do-Yun was dazed and blinked twice to get the fear out of his eyes. He hesitantly darted at him and started to throw out the secret. "I only know her name. She is used to teleporting to wherever I am at night and teleporting to her house when the sun comes out. "She was being transported by my side when the time flickered to 9:00 PM. I had experienced once in person too." Dae-Seong's preposterous expression ducked outside: "Teleporting?" "Yes," he nodded, reticently. "Have you been teleported before too?" Dae-Seong asked. He shook his head from left to right. "No, I had seen her teleport in front of me in person." Dae-Seong considered his action for a while. So, Do-Yun said, "If you don't believe, let's wait till dawn to dim." In Ara's room, she was staring at something in a pensive mood. In her mind, Si-U's light-hearted terms ran, "Do you remember your brother?" She didn't tie up her half-drying hair, still engrossed in Si-U's threats. A few seconds later, she shook off her confusion and asserted, "No, I have none." At the time, the neighborhood grandfather's voice was coming from the window side. So her concentration was engraved on his side. He put the lunch box on the window side and went down to his house. She came closer to it and put her soft hand on that hot food as her tepid eyes peeked at him walking into his house. A few minutes later, she came down with that washed mouth. There was leftover food in her hand. She squatted down near the two dogs and gave it to them, which were wagging their tails with passion in their eyes. She patiently waited for them to finish filling up their starving stomach. As she expected, they finished their part and looked at her with puzzled eyes. "Finished?" She smiled at them, patting their heads gently as they smiled a lot. Her cheerful eyes, slowly clearing and toning dreadfully, said, "Now's your time to bring the customer here!" "If you can't, you should throw out my food." That two dogs' delightful smiles dimmed as soon as they heard her. Those eyes brows frowning at her. She dropped her hand from patting them and pushed out of the shop. "Go, go, and come with customers if you guys want me to say thank you!" she yelled at them out of her lungs. The two dogs threw fits through their barking and walked away from her casually. Her nonchalant eyes notice her opposite bookshop has been closed since the morning. The sun fell into the sea, and nights fill up the earth with an eclipsed moon. In FFB's room, "Dae-Seong, give me that chilly," Bitgaram pointed out while Dae-Seong chopped the onion. He handed him over and went back to doing his work with an appraisal of the time on the wall clock. Do-Yun and Dae-Hyun waited on the sofa for the dishes to get ready. The time was 8:45 p.m. when Bitgaram and Dae-Seong put the plates on the table, they delightfully had it. Bitgaram's manager entered the room when Dae-Hyun and Do-Yun had been doing the dishes and Dae-Seong and Bitgaram had been relaxing on the sofa with some burping. Bitgaram stood up as the manager entered the room and informed, "Bitgaram, we need to discuss the next album." "Ah,..." Bitgarama trailed off his tired voice with a slackened shoulder. Dae-Hyun hurried from the kitchen as soon as he heard the manager's voice. "What about our episode?" his friend asked. "No, Hyun," he said with an edgy gaze, and he added, "We have halted it currently." Dae-Hyun left himself in the lurch. "Okay, let's go," Bitgaram pulled his manager out of the room to his studio. Dae-Seong took a water bottle from the table in a sitting position as his neutral eyes saw him walking into the kitchen. Do-Yun comes out of the kitchen, wiping his wet hand with his worn shirt. "What's the time now?" Dae-Seong asked. Do-Yun responded quickly. "8:55 PM, why?" He reacted like he lost his memory. A few seconds of their steady staring at each other made Do-Yun realize something about Ara. Do-Yun and Dae-Seong gave the kitchen an inspection stare, making sure Dae-Hyun was watching them or not. So, Do-Yun opened his room door and whispered, "Come on." Dae-Seong went in and shut the door. "Look, Hyung, there is no one in my room," he said, spreading his hand and showing the restroom by opening it wide. Dae-Seong also looked around without expressing his doubtful eyes. At the time, Ara teleported in front of Dae-Seong's eyes with her body facing Do-Yun, who was just pivoting his head toward Dae-Seong. Dae-Seong was stunned right there, without struggling. But Do-Yun's explanation was interrupted by her appearance, and he was standing like a statue. "Hi, Did you notice that I didn't teleport yesterday?" Ara curiously asked without even turning her head as her eyes met his. Ara was startled, so she bounced back two steps, turning her head towards Dae-Seong as he asked neutrally. "Do you have parents?" He stood right there without moving a slide as Do-Yun came and stood beside panting Ara. She panted, "Dae-Seong?" and frowned at Do-Yun, who was standing like a criminal in front of him with a downed head. He looked straight at her and talked with his mouth open, "We are doomed!" "Hah?" She also listened to him with a slightly inclined head and looked once at him, dropping her face to the ground as soon as she saw his suspicious stare. Dae-Seong moved to the bedside and sits with his butt on the bed and his feet on the ground. Do-Yun and Ara slowly turned like robots as he moved toward the bed. They were still hesitating to meet his eyes. "Look at me!" Their unconscious brain responded to him quickly as soon as they heard his clenched voice. He allowed a few more seconds to check her delightfully blinking eyes. "Do you have parents?" He raised a question. "N--" Ara's voice was interrupted by Do-Yun's who expressed excitement to divert him, "You saw that, she got teleported here." But he silenced for a second as Dae-Seong's death stared at him. "No," she let out and added, "I was raised by one of the orphanages." He raised his eyelashes like he got the point, stood up immediately, and asked, "What's the name of that orphanage?" Her eyes hesitated to meet his expecting eyes, and she swallowed slightly. and said, "I don't remember the name." "What?" His total organ stopped doing its work upon hearing her stupid answer. As she adopted the concern in his expression, she revealed, "But, I know that place." He and Do-Yun scornfully raised their eyebrows at her. She looked like both of them don't believe her. So she strongly made the statement, "I know, believe me." Dae-Seong nodded as Do-Yun gave a thumbs-up to Ara. Now she raised a question towards him like her criminal mind was a little suspicious."But, why are you curious about my whereabouts?" "To give charity!" He replied simply and left the room as they stared like Dolter.
