Hey!
Welcome back to the gates of Enverdolmal!
I hope that you all have been well since last we spoke.
I have a couple of Character dives that you all might be interested in lol
A bit more content to consume while Volume Two cooks up behind the scenes.
I have been okay, tired as of late, but okay lol.
I have jury duty for the next two days lol
Uuuuuuuuuuuuugh!
I don't mind the obligation itself, just the fact that I have to miss work, you know?
I have bills to pay, and two days off UNPAID is really not cool.
But alas, my state will force me to pay a $500.00 fine if I don't show up, and I REALLY can't afford that lbvs.
Sooooooo yeah.
Off I go lol.
I will leave you all to what you came for, yeah?
See you back here soon enough.
Enjoy!

"Clockwork Angels. Part 1."
Character: Reteger Rushe.
Species: Elven.
Class: Inventor/Engineer/Professor. Exe Captain for the N.D.F. (Naeri Defense Force.)
Nation: Lustrian Cape, Lustria.
Age: 240 HLS. 60 in Elven years.
Weapon: Prototype Aether-beam blade.
-Pulse-wing Flight System Version #04. (P-W/FS.04)
Origin:
From a very young age, Reteger was captivated by the idea of flight. He would watch and study birds and winged insects, Tinkering and building gadgets and contraptions that would slowly get him closer and closer to his dream of being airborne.
From grappling hooks, to catapult-like contraptions, he had built and tried many a venture before he would find a medium of success with his Pulse-wing Flight System Prototype.
Being from one of the purest, wealthiest Elven bloodlines still in existence meant that he had quite the budget at his disposal when it came to his inventions. He would take full advantage of said budget up until the day that he would perfect his first fully functional P.F.S. (as he would soon come to call them.) and cement himself a place in history as one of the most brilliant Elven minds in known existence.
Reteger has been a professor for Garth Verlore for just shy of 100 years, and he has quite the trail of alumni under his belt. He has crafted and manufactured three versions of his original P.F.S. and has used them to both educate and train several generations of Garth Verlore staff and students alike in the art and science of aerial acrobatics.
Abilities:
-Expert Swordsmanship.
-Aether-beam blade. The "blade" is composed of pure solidified Aether pulled from the user's internal reserves. It burns as hot as plasma and can cut through both physical and magical barriers.
-Short-range teleportation.
-Low-level mind control and manipulation.
-P.F.S. allows for mid to long-range flights (one mile to 10 miles) based on the pilot's Aether reserves. Reteger can hover in place with several tiny bursts of Aether via several thruster ports located about the pack. The wings of the backpack are pure solidified Aether which is pulled from the pilot's internal reserve in conjunction with a small concealed tank for storage of external Aether. While the default wings are typically long and thin, they can be willed into the wing shape of nearly any winged creature that the pilot can imagine.
Reteger favors the wing shape of a hummingbird as they grant him high speed and maneuverability.

Nation: Garth Verlore, Naeri.
Age: 55 HLS.
Weapon: ?????
-?????
Origin:
Remmy is a strange and enigmatic Tinker-kin who has seemingly always been present within the esteemed corridors of Garth Verlore's five Grounds.
He tends to any and all stone surfaces with meticulous care and attention to detail.

Abilities:
-Can mold and manipulate stone of nearly any mineral composition.

-Elemental empathy: Earth.
Remmy can "communicate" via a mental link with stone and gravel of nearly any mineral composition. This ability allows him to accurately access and tend to damages with assistance from the stone itself.

Special Presentation. "Impromptu lessons. Part 1."
Character: Terysa Thryn.
Species: Elfym.
Class: Elemental Aether Duelist.
Nation: Bootirvise, Naeri.
Age: 10 HLS. 2.5 Elfym years.
Weapon: Four enchanted bangles. Each allows its user to manipulate the element that is attached to it for just as long as their Aether pool can support the required cost per spell.
-Earth bangle.
-Water bangle.
-Wind bangle.
-Thunder bangle.
Origin:
Terysa was born to a normal family who lived a pretty normal life.
Well...outside of the nearly constant goblin attacks.
Terysa's early life within the walled dorpie known as Kabouteval was not the worst but was far from the best.
Her father was a humble forest forager, her mother was one of the esteemed Riders of Kabouterval.
Neither was around for more than three to four days a week at best.
From a young age, Terysa had found herself with an abundance of not only curiosity but also free and unsupervised time.
She would use it to read any book and scroll that she could get her hands on and by the age of 10 HLS, she had read nearly every piece of literature that she could outside of those of the utmost importance.
Seeing their child's great intellectual potential and not wanting that to go to waste, they gathered all of the money that they could and sent her away to Garth Verlore to become the best at whatever she saw fit to study.
She would go on to be mentored by Professor Rayden personally.
Abilities:
-Terysa is an Aetheral anomaly.
She has a quad-Aether affinity. This allows her to manifest and control Earth, Wind, Water, and Thunder but not without extreme and often exhaustive effort. Her parents used a great portion of their life savings to have her four enchanted bangles forged, and these bangles are essential to Terysa's ability to keep her waring elements under control.
-Low-level spell casting of Earth, Wind, Water, and Thunder spells.
-Elemental manipulation.
Stats:
Strength: 3.4/10.
Stamina: 7.5/10.
